In this video I will show you how to fix Windows 10 activation error. As long as you have a legitimate Windows 10 product key that has not been used on another computer, then I will show you how to get your windows 10 product key validated and activated. This is a genuine way to activate windows 10. You can activate Windows 10 on your computer, via the telephone or you can use the get help feature built into Window, this will use the virtual agent to try and resolve your windows 10 activation problem.
Important: Make sure you are using a legit Windows 10 Key and that the key has never been used on another computer.

Lucky you... using the Get help i get " I'm sorry, but I'm having a technical problem. Please use the options shown below to get in touch with Microsoft Customer Support. " i fill the 2 drop down options , windows , activation and get greeted by a "visit the community forum or CALL US".

With the older versions of windows i had too wait 3 months too be able too activate on a new computer with the same key., got 2 running on the same key from 2015 ( win 10 no update), i wonder if that still works, have too install it on a backup computer soon.

i am trying to go from windows 10 enterprise ltsc to windows 10 pro. (i dont know why i had windows 10 enterprise in my pc) and when i try to enter the key im given the message: "product key activation not working..." any idea what im supposed to do?

Hey man,I made a mistake Once by inputting am I genuine license of windows 10 pro.I had an Oem key before that so my question is can i click on change product key option in activation settings and activate my windows by going from pro to home?
Had an issue where Windows 10 suddenly couldn't contact to the activation service. I got on the phone with MS support told her that I had moved Windows 10 to the faster M2 drive and Windows 7 to the old SSD but I was on the same motherboard, etc. The idiot told me it was PHYSICALLY impossible to have Windows 7 and Windows 10 activated on the same computer even though I run a multiboot OS system (8 separate hard drives) and have been doing so for many years. She called me a liar! She also said it was impossible to have an activated offline account. They hire the best people, don't they?
Had the problem a month ago, called my retailer and the got me new codes and they worked

Tried to activate a product key on a new ssd for a laptop I was upgrading for someone and a message came up saying the key had been used before even though I’d just purchased it.

imagine buying a digital license from MS store at 300$ just to find out it's "already been used" , they need to sell those at 20$ so it's affordable and not hair pulling expensive so shit like this happens.

I have windows pre-installed on my pc, (like 2 years or so?) but when I started up my PC this morning I've got that "activate windows" thing in the buttom. But when I restarted my pc it dissapeared?! But then I went to "settings" and "activate" at it says something like "We can't activate your windows, since you don't have a real key" (something like that), and now am I really frustrated. I've also tried to reset my computer, but it said something like "Your pc couldn't reset" and now am I kinda stuck since I have no idea what to do?

neat trick if the logo annoys you , make your secondary monitor the main display from display settings, watermark is still there , it's just wayyyy out of sight from the primary

Thanks for the video, but today I have this problem and this solution don't work anymore. When I digit "activation" on windows helper, it gives two articles from Microsoft website. After these, you say that the problem is not solved, it gives you only Microsoft contacts!

Hi Britec09, how can I fix the "Dynamic lock not working" message?
Press Win + I to open Windows Setting. Then, go to Accounts / Sign-in options. Here, you can find a tag called Dynamic lock. you will see “Allow Windows to automatically lock your device when you’re away”

Not getting the option for a virtual agent when I click on get help. Guess things have changed.

What about gray market keys that stop activating after a reinstall of Windows 10? I have now had my 5th customer who has had this issue.
This is nothing to do with gray market keys, many reasons why windows wont activate and if it was a grey market key, then this proves they are legit, because it was checked by Microsoft and activated. :)

I had a retail license on my old PC. I deactivated it to make sure it wasn't still there, when I go to enter the product key on the new PC it doesn't work. Pain in the ass!
