Wow I fix my salad almost the same way, minus the ham, I use Turkey and the raisins, and boiled eggs, and sunflower seeds...😀 and i eat Ritz crackers too. 😀 fixing menone for dinner...love the wisdom that you add to your videos, continue to pass out that knowledge, we all need it these days. 🙌

I use ice berg and that spring salad mix, and add every vegetable I can find. I also add cheese and honey smoke turkey, and bacon crumbled up in it is delish ! 👍 I've been trying to cut back on carbs as well as sugar.
