I agree
VW is going all electric in a few years so they’re just getting everyone prepped for the inevitable. Get your ICEs while they last.
@@wulfstein1 even electric cars can look sporty if they want it. Just because we are moving to an era of electric cars does not mean to design ugly cars, where each looks like one another. Nearly all new cars (especially electric ones) look the same with all the rounded edges and big ass screen you don't need.
If the Golf 7.5 GTI had an electric Motor with the same horsepower, i would really consider buying it.
Really terrible 🤮
It looks more aggressive than the old one!
Wunderbar 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️
5th gear pull is the best then when it comes to 6th & 7th gear, it's running for fuel efficiency, no top speed gain. Btw, good run!
Why don’t they fix street lights over there for good visibility when driving at night?
i like golfs but this one is ugly sorry
-gti badge in the center
-new steering wheel looks like an upgraded up or t-cross
-line crossing the headlights
no-go's for me
I dont like the unibrow but interior looks way better, even if it has no buttons
exactly. stands out but still ugly. these cars arent supposed to stand out at all! then the buttons being capacitive touch instead of actual well defined switches, thats just begging for an accident. and why did they get rid of the shift lever? they did not need to do that, theres a ton of us who just wanna paddle shift. welp at least stick shift is still there.
What are you using to measure your time at the 3:30 ? The 100-200kph.
Thanks in advance
take a look at the description, there is the link to the box
@@MarcusmitAutos thanks for the reply buddy , but there is nothing at the description box that mentioned what equipment are you using to measure the 100-200kph . I dont think its your sony4k cam measuring the timing right?
@@WhiteKnightDrifter you're right. It should normally be written in the description. I use a 'racebox pro' for the measurements. If you want to order one you will find a discount code in the other video descriptions
@@MarcusmitAutos thanks buddy ~!
Tolles Auto 👍
Maschine 🔥🔥
Wo bekommst du immer die autos her??
The R8 was like: Do you even speed boi?
Der GTI ist schon geil .
Sehr geil! Was hältst du vom Sound?
I forgot about the heads up display. Does it ever get in the way?
That badge on the back, first thing to go
Is the ambient lighting always red or can you change it?
You can change it
Volkswagen= MASTERPIECE
wow, where is this? the night sky is beautiful
You should use the 267km/h in your thumbnail. ;)
Geil Hannover Airport!
Is this a rental car??? From SIXT, maybe??? Nice video
This car is from Volkswagen ;)
To me, new front design looks like a Korean/japanese car, not german.
Outside design is total crap. Mk 7 and 7.5 the best ever design
@Steve R lol relax hahahahahahhah
Now my question is .. it’s that the same model I can by here in USA ? There are no differences whatsoever? Will it sound the same as that one ? I only ask because for some reason that looks better than the one they got in the local Volkswagen dealer
The Golf R is my preferred choice 👍
R32 no more R20
267 km/h Golf GTI, that's nice
The most unattractive generation of Golf to this date. Not one thing about this car is appealing when compared to its predecessors.
Curious, what don't you like about it? The exterior isn't the best, but I happen to love the new interior, as well as the power bump without downsizing or sacrificing efficiency/sounds too much
@tjae92 Tired and boring design. Looks like a hybrid. To each their own.
You will get used to it just like all the others. I heard that line with the Golf 6 and 7
@@thamilawrence8468 Having owned both a 6 and a 7, nobody ever said that.
@@ashtonemini I have owned the 5 , 6 and 7 people loved the 5 more and didnt welcome the 6 and 7 very well myself included until it grew on us. This is just love at first sight. It will be one of the most loved GTI ever.
Golf 4 the best 🤗🤒
GOLF MY LOVE
I really like the design. The GTI more than the normal Golf 8. I would've changed the rear lights tho.
Can't wait for the Golf 8 R, i might consider buying it next year.
Or if the facelift i30n gets AWD, then that would be my choice.
Quality wise i30N gets smoked by vw can't even compare the two
@@pjb9010 if i want quality, I'd get a Mercedes A45. For me its about emotional stuff.
@@phil_zupra_b5880 if you want emotion, don't buy a new car. Should be pretty obvious though. Unless you consider regulated and fake bullshit an emotion. And you seem to own a TCR, so I don't understand how you can even think of getting something like the MK8.
@@drogenfeld Damn....
@@phil_zupra_b5880 I'm just saying how it is. With those new cars the only emotion you get is rage when the cheap trash parts break all the time.
7.5 gti looks much much better and more sporty, and the 7.5 interior looks better aswell. Although the new golf isnt “ugly”
is it possible to turn off the screen on the right side and buttuns + - on the steering wheel?
Cool 😎👍🏼 Where is?. Europe?.
267 km/h with 245 hp of GTI???😱🥵💪🏻
@@dom3827267 kph = almost 166 mph
this aint making 245hp. certainly underrated as usual
Beauty bmw serie 1
What are those sounds when you switch lanes? Sounds like traction loss. What kind of tyres does this car come with?
Brigestone Tires is OEM GTI Tire.
Péter Kovács
The sound you hear is Marcus going over the white lines, this is a normal sound.
Stark 💪aber mein Leipzig lob ich mir 😊😉
Keine Angst... kommt auch wieder 😏
What city and country are you driving that Golf GTI in?
Hannover, Germany (you can see Hannover Airport in the beginning)
