I made this. It was delicious. The only thing I changed was the cooking time for the thighs because they were really small. I also added just a little cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce so it could be used as a gravy over the mashed potatoes.

I replaced wine with lemon juice and added cornstarch.. mind blown

Why does the sauce look thicker and less oily when spooned onto the plated chicken? Think we missed something.
It is has reduced a bit more and whisked with a spoon just before serving. That's all.
