I said this as well! This isn't funny anymore and I wish Ken and Buff would stop covering them! I know why they won't so I'm just not going to watch. I only watched a few minutes of this to see if they broke up, which sadly no. She doesn't give a shit about her daughter or the hell she's going through. You know she's getting bullied at school for how her mother and future stepfather are like! Just having Ed alone as your father is enough to get a kid bullied! Both of these people are seriously sick in the head. I genuinely hope that She doesn't have custody of her daughter. And if memory serves, she doesn't and hopefully never will. She has proven to be an unfit mother and all future children should be taken away as well. They don't need to be part of this abusive relationship.

And I'm just talking similar to Ken and Buff when they act like it's real. I know it's fake but it still pisses me off that she couldn't even care what her daughter might be going through. Real or fake, kids are cruel to other kids and I'm sure she's getting it at school.

Liz has *got to* be a paid actress. It doesn’t make sense that anyone would give up so much and fight so hard to be with Ed. Nobody is *that* insecure.
I mean idk. I had a friend that was getting better with her insecurities. Working hard as hell, caring for her kids, new place, going to school. Then getting with a guy that messed with her head perfectly forever sent her downhill. Played on her insecurities perfectly. He was more attractive than ed lol but not much, and also a loser and abuser/cheater etc. I never understood her losing everything and going back to him. I had to stop our friendship because she just spiral with that man and wouldn’t get help because she loved him so much and she felt she deserved all this because of past abuse :( sadly some people ARE that insecure

It's a complicated issue, and I HOPE she's a paid actress, then we wouldn't be watching an emotional abusive relationship evolve on tv all this time. She didn't have a lot of self-confidence/self-assurance/self-esteem and worth to begin with, and I'm pretty sure he has eroded it all down to a nub. I mean, look when he first asked her out - he wore her down. He has now, if this is some aspect of real, wore her down into staying. Coupled with the fact that she gets paid to stay in this relationship, I don't think she's going anywhere anytime soon :/

I’m the membership director for the Realtor Association in my state. They don’t need to be sponsored. They just have to take more classes than other agents. Realtors are not the same as real estate agents, they are more ethical than regular agents.
I wish I could buy a house by myself. Realtors feel like government scam. Charging way too much for simple advice that could given in an article.
I’ve bought 2 houses & never used a realtor/real estate agent.
And if a realtor is supposed to be “ethical”, Ed is in the WRONG line of work! There’s nothing ethical about that little gremlin.

@@a_s2557even with a realtor or agent you still need a lawyer. It may be different in different states/countries. But here you don’t need a realtor, you can buy & sell privately and then still just have a lawyer do the final transfer of title. Avoiding the 5-7% fee of the realtor

Regarding real estate: it honestly depends from state to state. Some states don't require much to become a realtor. Some do require that you work for a firm for a time before opening your practice, along with insurance requirements and bonding (requirements for bonds and insurance depend from state to state), in short, check your state laws and requirements.
Was just gonna say this. I think it can very quite a bit from state to state. I have a friend that had his own erosion control and game plot company and decided on a whim to get his realtor license to sell plots of land for hunting ground. A lot of online courses and not much else. But there again he only sold plots of land so they may make a difference as well.
