Maybe if he has proof but he doesn’t it’s a lie to get out of going to jail for talking to what he thought was a 13 yr old. But you know they do have proof of him admitting he knew she was 13 and even saying it “doesn’t bother him”
@@deathvvitch The point here is that the decoy could be doing it not just alone but for the whole tv show. Not that I think he is innocent...but I never said the decoy did it on his/her own.
@@skagenpige88 I guess it's theoretically possible, except they keep logs of this stuff with screenshots of the original profiles to prevent this exact sort of argument. That's why the decoys always make sure to explicitly say "I'm only x years old" and Chris reads it outloud during the confrontation part so there can be no misunderstanding of what these guys knew. There was one guy who tried this defense and the cops were like "no it didn't" because they set it up, and they had the entire chatlog, or the accountant who said he read the age as 18 not 13. Those arguments were rightfully mocked because they're ridiculous and hold no water.
Also what we see Ken watching is a very small slice of what happened. TCaP documented the shit out of all their investigations. The entirety of the Holy Lornography is still available online, along with tons of uncut chatlogs and footage. I promise the TCaP team thought about this angle.
