Wavelength of This Light is not 200-280nm range of UV-C , and it should not be used for water disinfection..its range is around 400nm ..UV-C LED are still Costly..

Please tell wattage of uv module in watts per cm square or watts of module, and wavelength of uv . Exposure to whole amount of water flowing in barrel will suffer as it is not 360 like uv tube light . I doubt about functioning of this module complete eyewash. please do not see uv light with naked eye it is dangerous.
