Well you can adjust the camera at a particular location and then press ctrl+alt+any numeric key Say for example you set your camera on a particular wing view then press ctrl+alt+1. This action will bind the view to the numeric key 1. When you now want to go to this view please alt+1 and you will see the customized wing view. Similarly you can save other views too by setting the view to the view of your choice and then pressing the alt+ctl+numeric keys. Hope this helps

Yes. Thats true. I have thought about this too and was thinking of mapping keys to the masters. Haven't tried though.
You can hear it in a lot of conditions not only engine master. Try to raise the gear in cabin view :)
