    this is probably one of the best ones i've seen for this price point, that's awesome! i'm looking for apartments in tokyo right now (moving in july for jet) and this is giving me hope lol

      @@Toogoodxoxo There's lots of those kinds of apartment in Japan. Especially if they're old like this one. Apparently, japanese like new apartments and old ones are much harder to rent.

      In frigging Japan. Do you speak the language? Do you have any skills needed in Japan?
      Sooo Cute! Yeah. But only a small minority of foreigners have what it takes to live in Japan.
      Don't attempt to move there without the necessary skills.

    Why is this so cheap? Is this a distressed property? Maybe it is because everything is so new. But still that is an amazing deal.

      Probably because the building is very old

      Old apartments are cheap in Japan.
      They are much harder to rent, and japanese prefer new ones.
      also, old buildings tend to freeze and boil on summer and winter.

      I mostly used Suumo! I used other websites like Gaijinpot, Yolo Japan and Goodroom to search for apartments.
