Thank you 🙏 💓. I meet with an ancestor whom was a King married to a beautiful woman and they had two young children. It was 1400 something and the walls around their castle were so high. In The tower highest up was golden Bells ringing. I could sense envy and greedy feelings around them. In The end of the meditation I started to get severe pain in my right shoulder. What does this mean?
Perhaps it was sharing some sort of experience with them. Just affirm to yourself that your shoulder feels well and healthy, and that the pain is not yours. Also reaffirm, as per the end of the meditation, that you bring back with you only the positive experiences you wish to keep. It shouldn't transfer onto you in this case, and will pass shortly. Sending you love and healing energy. ❤️

I saw my ancestor in a wood of bamboo. He appears as an old man, a bamboo carpenter from my father side in the ancient time.
I asked him why i feel empty inside my heart, he said, it's because I'm only wandering the bamboo woods with no intention, searching for anything to satisfy my emptiness, but never did I know what do I need.
Only when I intend to find some bamboo shoots and I indeed find some bamboo shoots in my search in the woods, that I can finally fill satisfied and have the emptiness filled.
And he also offers me his axe as a gift, he told me don't hesitate to chop down the bamboos that got in my way, or I will get lost in the woods, never find a way back home.
It's indeed insightful that somehow, i never get the courage to fight against obstacles in my life, and it's quite surprising that the wisdom I got from my ancestors, which by appearance never receive education and was humble by social values, is so simple but powerful.

he didn’t know real love and was never shown it during his upbringing and going onwards onto his own life.
apparently I have inherited his strength and intelligence and being an opportunist??
I sent him love and forgiveness.
by note, my grandpa was indeed a doorstep baby, never knowing his parents, but knowing that his mother was a servant who was made pregnant by the Lord of the place where she worked, and she abandoned my grandpa on the doorstep of a Jewish family on discovery of her pregnancy as it was often done at the time, and the Jewish familywho took him in as a baby and raised him as their own. my grandpa was always my father figure during my life, but he always was very sad because he didn’t know his own childhood. I found this all very intriguing, this meditation I’m hoping I have indeed healed some wrongs of the past

I recently traced my lineage all the way back to the 1600’s, when my 9th great grandfather immigrated from England to America during the 17th century on a ship during America’s colonization. I had a strong sense of a harbor, the sounds of ships bells, birds & I smelled the ocean. This was my first time doing an ancestral meditation & it did not disappoint. He seemed like a lovely, hard working gentleman. I can’t wait to practice this more. Thank you. ✨
Thank you. 🙌💜This was emotional. Out of all of my ancestors I encountered my maternal grandmother, who passed away couple of years before I was born. This phase of my healing is a higher level...it was time. Grateful 🌸
thank you ❤️ i saw an old man from my father’s side,, he was near a bonfire in what looked like a clay house. there was ice and cold outside the house,, it seemed isolated and further away from the town. it was nighttime,, and there were northern lights that were very pretty. i feel he was Norse,, I assume i have some norse ancestors who migrated to scotland. he had a beard, this looked like ancient times or something, it was a very long time ago and i felt he still hadn’t moved on. he was wearing a metal hat and animal skin, maybe it was the iron age.
my heart hurt. he told me he lost his daughter. he felt guilt and grief. i cried and it seemed like he cried too, maybe because i reminded him of his daughter. he told me to forgive my father for anything he’s done, for he knew no better and the resentment wouldn’t heal anyhting. i hugged him and told him it wasn’t his fault and told him to move on to the light, to ascend sorta.
i think this meditation healed a lot. i always felt connected to the Norse culture; vikings and such. i feel he passed on the love of seeing the sky and stars at night, and the love for being in the cold. he was very strong, he went through a lot. when i asked him if his life was difficult he said “we all had to survive”. i hope he rests in peace and is with light. i will release any and all resentment i have for my father because of this 🙏🙏

Thank you so very much. I cried during this; it was so beautiful. I was surprised to meet my great Aunt Rachel, who passed away long before I was born. She gave me a sea shell and told me not to be afraid. I sent her so much love and healing. She died as a young mother, of TB.
I meet not one but three ancestors came through as the mediation went on more ancestors showed up I felt so loved.
Thank you to my ancestors I finally got the clarity I needed of the past. Thank you for assisting me with connecting to my ANCESTORS. 🥰🥰

I didn’t see any clear images but I heard him so clearly. And felt his peaceful and grounding presence. He told me so many kind words in Spanish. How proud he is of me and how much he loves me. That I am wise and a warrior. And to never stop believing. Before you said open your heart chakra I felt what I can describe as skipping a beat and a wave of energy pulsate from my heart to my arms/ body. It felt like a blessing. I feel like I healed a lot of fear. Thank you so much for this. Sometimes I wish I could see more but I know my gifts are in feeling and hearing so strongly. I know he was my Taino ancestor from the origins of my family in Dominican Republic 💕
I met with my 3/4th great grandfather from about late 1700s to early/mid 1800 and he gave me a capsule necklace that belonged to my grandmother but she was murdered. it was so amazing meeting with him but it was also so sad! thank you for helping me connect with him
Nicky, thank you. I thought for a moment I might me take to connect with a female ancestor, and then, as I wished on his 49th day amongst the Heavens, I felt his presence. I have never had a more beautiful meditation. You are a piece of heaven on earth, as was he. Blessed be.
Nicky, I thank you so much for this meditation. I was able to actually meet one of my ancestors, this doesn't always happen when I try, but I was able to meet and ancestor in ancient Greece, it was a lovely and peaceful experience.

I met with my mom in the backyard. She died in 2018. Her illness and death were deeply traumatic. 😢 I cried a lot during it, and the kriyas I experienced were crazy intense. But it was healing.
Now, I come from a background of very intuitive people! All my life I have a some point experienced the 4 Clairs . I meditate daily, and I’m a big fan of Nicky Suttons voice… however, some of the comments on here, I’m truly baffled by!
Whilst meditating, I once saw a gold pyramid/ triangle, at the point of the triangle there was what I thought a little Buddha. I’ve seen hundred’s of face’s, shapes…. Yet I haven’t experienced some of the experience’s you Guy’s have!
What are you trippin on / or smoking?
I'm still struggling with the visualization aspect of the experience. But I just had a sense of I have more work I need to do when it comes to discovering my lineage.

It looks like I did have a swordsman in my ancestors as we meet he looked like he was dressed like a Ronin and he didn't speak but he handed me a sword and when it came to connecting are heart chakras for healing my energy skyrocketed and I felt strong vibrations all threw my body and a round me it also felt like it was rising upwards
i cried in this i will have to come back to this. my ancestor was my grandmother and her mother name popped up as dorothy they took me back in time. i will come back to finish my meditation. this is very powerful i thankyou for allowing me this opportunity to get a connection to them

There is a condition with the brain and I have it too. It is common, and many cannot visualize as well as others. Bit of a disappointment but maybe it's for the best.
I couldn't see anybody...maybe a few more sessions could help 😊🙏
I don’t fully understand how or why my passed on ancestor who’s now fully immersed in the spirit realm, would need healing from me. Are they not more connected to the Divine especially since they don’t have to be in a human avatar? Is this a shared healing experience? Have they been waiting for me to reach a certain level of consciousness in order for them to receive this healing? Are intentions to do this healing enough? Help
It's karmic healing, and wether they need it or not, sending healing for the stuff thats been passed on in some cases cycle to cycle because it takes such strength and courage to face, is as a verg good idea. Its balance, give and take also. To only expect them to help and guide us, give us wisdom, lessons, information, gifts etc, if we don't send our healing thoughts, intentions or feelings, or vibe isn't truly of a high vibe. As for how, don't over think it, holding pure healing intention, or visualisation, or even just holding the knowing that healing is being dome for them would be perfect. saying it outloud even too.
