This was such an incredibly powerful and beautiful guided meditation Sandra! I sadly have no relationship with my parents. After a lifetime of abuse, I made the hard decision to walk away as I finally realised my self-worth. Focusing on my mother’s challenges that shaped her enabled me to release the blame and anger, and feel a deep sense of compassion for her own suffering. Giving the responsibility back to both of them to heal themselves felt like removing an albatross from around my neck!! I’ve been meditating for over 3 years now and read many books. 😮 This is the most powerful meditation I’ve ever heard in my life. I had tears coming down and pictured angels performing surgery on me removing what’s not needed. I pictured black smoke 💨 leaving my mouth to release it all. My parents divorced when I was just three years old and I was able to watch why things happened the way that they did and the causes and effects of their biggest traumas AND their happiest selfs. I always knew my parents couldn’t be more opposite…and this was a big awakening for me specifically concerning societal influences and how those influences manifest as expectations. By removing the expectations their authenticity could be seen and allowed me to identify what learned behaviors I needed to let go of and what I needed to embrace in order the cross the threshold into my true self and my purpose. This was incredible and so moving. I really tapped into the experiences of my parents and how it shaped who they are today. I feel so much compassion for them. I pray they have the strength they need and that we can have compassion for each other
This was beautiful. I am new here. I was led here. I let go of the responsibility to heal my parents. My parents are wonderful people - loving, giving, understanding. However, they had their own belief systems and traumas and I learned to make them mine, part of me. That’s a whole lot to carry! I used to feel as if I were betraying them in admitting they passed on traumas and negative belief systems to me. This was powerful. I was hesitant, but I released a lot. I even felt bad leaving them to heal on their own. But it’s something I have to do. I love the ho’oponopono prayer. Love and light to all those here. May you find healing and return to your divine self. 💞
Oh wow! 🌸powerful and emotional 😭I could not connect with my grown up mother, I’m too guarded, I didn’t want her to get to close to me cause of the trauma between us🍰but when I shrank her to 4 year old we laughed and played🤗en u asked to put mom/dad/me in a bubble; I made a huge one so I’m not to close to her😶when we asked for energetic team I could feel a cold energy on my body, like a presence and my spine started tingling 💓pretty sure some blockages got unblocked🌈Mayb the sacral🌈I haven’t seen my dad for long time but I have good memories with him, he is arty, bohemian, I suspect my mum thought he should grow up🌹really powerful when we give and take the power back🦋🐛🌹I think we have some kind of punishing/ suffering thing going on in family💭thank U Sandra❤️U r the best🌸🍰🌼✨🐛

This was incredible and so moving. I really tapped into the experiences of my parents and how it shaped who they are today. I feel so much compassion for them. I pray they have the strength they need and that we can have compassion for each other

This was beautiful. I am new here. I was led here. I let go of the responsibility to heal my parents. My parents are wonderful people - loving, giving, understanding. However, they had their own belief systems and traumas and I learned to make them mine, part of me. That’s a whole lot to carry! I used to feel as if I were betraying them in admitting they passed on traumas and negative belief systems to me.
This was powerful. I was hesitant, but I released a lot. I even felt bad leaving them to heal on their own. But it’s something I have to do. I love the ho’oponopono prayer. Love and light to all those here. May you find healing and return to your divine self. 💞

Oh wow! 🌸powerful and emotional 😭I could not connect with my grown up mother, I’m too guarded, I didn’t want her to get to close to me cause of the trauma between us🍰but when I shrank her to 4 year old we laughed and played🤗en u asked to put mom/dad/me in a bubble; I made a huge one so I’m not to close to her😶when we asked for energetic team I could feel a cold energy on my body, like a presence and my spine started tingling 💓pretty sure some blockages got unblocked🌈Mayb the sacral🌈I haven’t seen my dad for long time but I have good memories with him, he is arty, bohemian, I suspect my mum thought he should grow up🌹really powerful when we give and take the power back🦋🐛🌹I think we have some kind of punishing/ suffering thing going on in family💭thank U Sandra❤️U r the best🌸🍰🌼✨🐛

My mum shows me three vibrations, one as an atheist, one as "Tracy only the creator" then my favourite "my beautiful daughter, my angel in life" I'm doing this for them all. I lost my father at 11 days old in 1971.
