Hello Miss I hope you will okay I am Zubair Ahmed from Afghanistan and now I learning German Language can you give me your number of Whatsapp or FB or insta 🥺
I have recently started learning German ( still at A1 level) . In the beginning I was terrified knowing how difficult German truly is. Your Videos are a breath of fresh air and it boosts my confidence to learn German with great enthusiasm.
I have been watching your videos religiously and my German has improved a great deal. Guys I just noticed there is a Super Thanks just beneath the video and no other German teacher deserves it more than YourGermanTeacher.
I'm trying to learn German but I 'm also an English teacher. I have never before seen nor heard so many useful tips put together using such a clear voice and pronunciation. Excellent advice! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are the Best!
Thank you for this. I have been having issues remembering things which frustrated me a lot. I had to go back and recap on your videos so I can write and remember. This motivates me and makes me want to study more.
As everyone does. You will never remember all these rules while trying to speak or listening. The best system that worked for me was a system which starts off in all English in the target language and as the conversation progressed a word or two is introduced and over the course of the conversation the whole conversation is in the target language. This takes time over many conversations and you will be surprised that you are understanding the target language. This works for reading and speaking.
Yeah! you're right, there's tons of RUclips good channels out there, but I truly believe you're by far the best ones I found. Your videos are so much more informative and your explanation is so much better than others. Ive learned so much more in a week than being in German class. Thanks Man!
My goal was always to be on top of my class when it comes to foreign languages, so far it has worked with English and now I’m starting to take my hold on German as well! That’s partly thanks to channels like yours that help others for free. Please continue what you’re doing :D
6:15 the word you're looking for there is "muscle memory"--when you write something down, the muscle memory also helps you with regular memory, it helps you to remember the words. This has been scientifically demonstrated.
I really appreciate you Herr Luzi and Herr Johannes for your videos. They were very easy to understand and they really helped me during my. I scored 87 points in my A1 exam last month.
I learn German because I want to work as a nurse in Germany. I started last 2018 and after a year and a half, I took the B2 exam. Unfortunately, I did not pass it, overall. Though I passed the speaking part but overall, I failed. Because you emphasized speaking as the most important, I find it the most easy. Yes, practice is the key. On my second attempt same year 2019, I still didn't make it. So sad. And when the pandemic started on 2020, it is so hard then for us to take the exam because we need to travel to get to the exam centers. For me, Schriftlich in general is the hardest. But thank you Lehrer Luzi for the tips. I will note them. I am not giving up for my dreams!
Great video on motivating students like me who lost their motivation along the way cause the German language is very overwhelming. I agree on what you have said that it really needs patience on studying the language itself, patience in yourself when you cannot attain your goal easily. Thanks for the tipp! :) I really enjoy watching your videos and it brings back my passion and motivation to continue studying my German language. :)
a lottttttttt of love for you bro ....finally reached German before two months. had great fun ...learned a lot to pass A1. now again starting with great motivation for B1... your vidios have something really attractive ,which i dont find on any other channel ,although there is a lot of amazing stuff on youtube regarding German learning but i just use to stuck on your vidios once i start watching ... hopes to get more and more vidios to keep learning .. bless you ..keep it up .God will help you
I’m enjoying your channel. I lived in Germany for nine years and didn’t learn grammar. I still had dial up Internet which was slow. I’m a visual learner so these videos are appreciated.
As a B2 Schüler, what Luzi said about at the beginning you will be highly motivated and from level to level, the learning curve is quite high. I admit I lost alot of motivation, but I took baby steps. I'm more confindent now but not 100%, I'll be taking my TELC B2 in a week so this is a good vid when I'm decompressing a little.hehe Viele Glücklich alle, Ihr könnt es tun!
Thanks Luzi! You inspired me a lot! ❤️ I kept watching your videos whenever I had hard a time in our class! You always make me understand and it's easy when you explain it ❤️ I recommend you to my classmates too. I am doing an intensive training class for my future job in Deutschland. Pls. keep doing videos. More power and keep safe always ❤️
Learning German would be the biggest journey I would take (yet), since not only do I not live in Germany or even close to any German speaking country, this is also my 3rd language and the first language I will learn without getting to practice speaking to other people. I do not expect fast progress, but I'm definitely not giving up on this language :) I've tried learning French but (it's a heck of a language and) I find German way easier, especially with this amount of resources.
Danke dir
Years ago in the navy we visited Yokosuka, Japan. My first time out in town was a disaster. I spoke no Japanese. Nobody spoke English. So at the base book store I got an English to Japanese dictionary. I wrote down key words and tricky phrases based on my previous experience, learned them, then went out. It opened up a whole new world and I had a blast. The people were friendly and helpful. I just went for it.
I think for me I worry way too much about the German Grammar, making it perfekt, just so I don't sound like I'm intelligent or a foreigner. I am slowly feeling better about that, the more I speak to others I realize it wasn't so bad and that not everyone has that way of thinking (being negative towards those who come from other countries/learn/speaks other languages) But I do need to practice my writing! I think with today's technology, we hardly write like we used to. So the diary idea sounds like such a good idea to do! Even if it's only a few days a week, Just to be able to practice writing in German to better it, is one of my goals. 😊 Thank you for the video! I feel a lot better with knowing your experience in Taiwan. I am currently living in Germany (Soweit seit 5 Monaten) and it can be overwhelming to speak to people, But the most overwhelming thing for me is, having those spontaneous conversations and being all flustered because you want to help then it's like you forgot how to say this and form the sentence correctly (like a bit of stage fright) if it was in my native language = no problem, easy!. But for the moment, (A2-Niveau) it is still a little overwhelming. 😅 Nochmals vielen Dank! 🤗
Vielen Dank, Luzi. Learning German can be challenging, but it's worth it! We have a large community of German descendants here in southern Brazil, my interest in learning this beautiful language came because of the cultural aspects of German people they try to keep here. Your way of teaching German is also motivational. Thanks!
Very useful lesson to avoid confusing them in the later stages of learning because a lot of students faces difficulties learning them later on danke schön
After the phrase "I know you hate to hear it but practice, it is the only way" I started audio diary to practice Speaking as the weakest spot of my german. AND WOW I could actually say something, that was such a relief. Thank you for inspiring me.
Your videos are amazingly useful. I've started to learn German for a year and I've learned a lot from you. I can't appreciate enough. Just want you to keep going on. Love you from Iran.❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Thanks, Luzi! I enjoy watching your videos. They are very informative. Your videos, especially this one, motivate me to continue learning. German is a beautiful language. However, as you mention is hard to understand without practice. For me, pronunciation is the hardest thing thus far. The tips you gave us are phenomenal to use for learning a new language.
I use a note book and my brother's "Teach Yourself German" and I have a friend who is fluent in German. We are seniors, I had learnt some Spanish once, before that Samoan, before that Latin at school. So I am not unfamiliar with the Declensions ideas etc....But at my age I had decided to do other things but then when my friend and I got talking...well, he knows German, Chinese (North and South), modern Greek. I was also reading some German poetry as my friend was. (In English and German). We also looked at some Swiss poetry which was a revelation. I am a writer and read, for example Musil's three volume book (in English of course!) some Mann, and some Rilke, Celan, Trakl but I was also reading Wittgenstein and after reading his texts, or some, I read a bio. and in there are his diaries in German and translated so I looked at them. I think learning English for (say) a Polish person or a Chinese) is just as difficult as German. But the various der die das and the grammar, declensions and verb conjugations have to be mastered. I was caught out with translating '...in der See...' I had read that 'die See was the sea. Der See, a lake...So I thought the book was wrong (it said in the sea - 'gebardet' I think it was, with 'hat' I think ). And I "corrected" the book. Then I thought, no, it IS the sea! As der here is the dative 'the' for the feminine singular...took me ages to do the exercises but I was proud of that one! (I knew the 'die, die, der der' etc).... I agree, it will take time (if this is still going of course or similar)...
Wonderful video Luzi, thank you very much for sharing all this valuable tips in such a simple way. So far I consider this channel the best and most organized content in order to learn german, it definitely complements any self-study or german course that you're following.
I miss this video when i started to learn german....if i had watch this videos before. when i would have a lot more improvement than today....But I thank to my teacher who tought some like this during class😊😊.....A lot of thanks to you and your brother - who help me to learn german easily, efficiently and staying motivated....♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Thank you Luzi. You inspired me a lot. I am working and living in Germany for one and half year now. I started my part-time class and I don't understand single word what the teacher is talking because I don't have basic German knowledge. This coming May 2022 is my B1 exam. This is to overwhelm for me that I have to speak and write B1 level in such short period(9 month). Currently I only able to speak and write at A2 level and now doing B1.2 part time classes. Your video really help me survive and give me better understand about rules and grammars. I'm looking forward more on B1 video near future. You are my great motivator :-)
@@yourgermanteacher Hallo Luzi, i am happy to inform that I pass my B1 exam. 🍾🎉🎊Once again thank you very much for your educational video. Apart from my class lesson your video was really a great help. I can't believe I did B1 Deutschkurs in 9 month 😀
I have been studying German for over one year now. I used Duo Lingo for one year and it was a good assist in learning the pronunciation, spelling and sentence structure. The fact that it incorporates everything you spoke of in your video as being important; Reading, Writing, and Speaking, is extremely helpful. Began one on one lessons with a Native Speaking German Teacher online. I presently have one class per week and we use the Menschen A1.1 Kursbuch und Arbeitsbuch. I watch your lessons on Video as well. Thank you very much. Vielen Dank und Tschuss
Hi, your channel ,it's the first time I watch You. I'm English teacher , but My native language is Spanish language. 7 monts ago, I decide from my own, study German Language. My goal is become a polyglot perhaps 3 years o 4 in a future. I like languages a lot. After, trying with Swedish or Italian language. I'm 62 and in this stage of My life, it could be a great experience. God bless You by your efford on teaching this wonderful language. On the other hand ,I began practicing with Duolingo learning Germán Language since March tu this year. It's a bit slow ,by different stage you must overcome.By it's s useful. Thanks a lot, teacher. Just I'll follow your class.
L'avantage avec vous c'est que je reprends mon anglais que j'ai perdu depuis longtemps A 54ans je me mets à apprendre l'allemand et je vous suis avec plaisir Merci pour tout Tank you for all danke schön für alles
Thank you for the tips. Your channel has helped me so much in my german learning journey. Keep up the great work. 🌸 Hopefully next time I will say this sentence in German
So many great tips in the presentation. Patience and realistic goals are really key; without them, one can get disappointed with their progress and eventually lose interest in learning. Mindset is an absolute key factor, and I am glad that you mentioned it. Flashcards, as you suggested is what I started out with. I had a very long commute to work on a train and that time going back and forth to work is when I did my reviewing. Using the gender with the noun as a beginner was something I neglected to do so now I am backtracking a bit to catch up with the use of genders with the noun. Am busy writing down all of the resources you mentioned; I am a watcher of the Easy German RUclips channel, and I got a lot of background on German culture and what makes the German public tick! As you can see, I get a lot of helpful tips and instruction from you, and I am very glad to have come across your channel. Thanks so much!
Hi Luzi. Your videos are the best I have come across so far. Easy to understand and presented in an interesting manner. Can you suggest a RUclips channel with short simple stories for beginners to watch and get used to the sound of German ?
@@HK-pp9ig i can't agree with this because it's so hard to learn and teach a language to someone even I learn German and Bahasa languages now. Thanks 👍
Danke für das Video! I’m learning both Deutsch and Japanisch. These tips will definitely help with both languages. ❤ I honestly felt starved of videos to learn German with. All of my old favorite German RUclipsrs stopped making videos… and now you’re here! I’m excited to go on this learning journey with you!

I want some more of those old file cards....I agree with writing words down (preferably on physical card etc). Even having some old paper also and writing it down, repeating it aloud and so on.
Dear Lutzi I have no words to appreciate u.u r ammmmmmmmmmmazing.sorry if I hv mispelt ur name but the bottom line is that I hv never come across a teacher like u.i am in germany, struggling with the language, smtimes getting frustrated, feel like giving up.can mng reading and understanding well bt wen it cms to speaking omg,my heart skips a beat.i just love ur content and ur the besttttttttttttt teacher ever🌷🌷🌷
Thank you... thank you... thank you so much... I start A1 3rd time...now. but this time i will not leave. I really want to speak.... Thank you so much this will help me. ❤❤
Also noch einmal: danke schön! :)
your german teacher this is definitely one of the best videos I have watched today! This is awesome! I will surely go back for more! Enjoyed it a lot. Fully watched!

🙏👍😊 great to hear and you also… keep it up! 💪
@@yourgermanteacher Hallo Luzi, i am happy to inform that I pass my B1 exam. 🍾🎉🎊Once again thank you very much for your educational video. Apart from my class lesson your video was really a great help. I can't believe I did B1 Deutschkurs in 9 month 😀
thanks for this wonderful lesson. I feel motivated to start again. May God bless you
Thank you for your video Luzi. Very clear explanation.😊🙏
Gerne 😊

Thank you for the tips. Your channel has helped me so much in my german learning journey. Keep up the great work. 🌸 Hopefully next time I will say this sentence in German
Vielen Dank 🙂🙏👍
You are the best teacher , thank you very much , your advice is very helpful 👏🙏🙏
Thank you for your motivation, I'm a huge fan of the channel. I just moved to Germany and it is very intimidating. But I'm up for the challenge!
💪💪👍😊 keep it up
Hi Luzi. Your videos are the best I have come across so far. Easy to understand and presented in an interesting manner. Can you suggest a RUclips channel with short simple stories for beginners to watch and get used to the sound of German ?
Hi André,

VIELEN DANK HERR!
You want to help people, very few does mention other RUclips channel without self benifit. You got one more subscriber.
🙏😊
I really really like your English, so clearly when you're speaking😊
Gonna have to talk to myself 😂 that's ok, I don't mind. Thanks for all the great tips, this was very helpful!

wow was für ein video! Danke mein Herr ,Liebe aus Indien ❤️🥰😍🙌🙌
Bitte schön 😊
I have been struggling with german for a bit, danke schon!! :D
Also noch einmal: danke schön! :)
Sehr gerne 😊
Freut uns, dass das Video hilfreich war.
