That’s a very informative video my friend and thanks for taking the time and trouble for sharing this. We had a spate last year of strange chalk marks appearing on the road out side properties, no one could fathom out who put them there or what they were for apart from ‘marking’ properties which could be targeted for burglaries. As it happened nothing happened but it did make us all aware in the village to be aware and vigilant though which I think is all we can do and you have helped to reinforce it with this video - well done! 👏👏👏. @@delphjunction1168 Hi mate and no worries, I never go a cone, just a coloured chalk mark on the road out side out entrance gate to the drive, this happened to several folk in the village - nothing came of it though although we were all convinced that it was to do with targeting though.

yes, they've been doing this for decades now, it's also moved on and they now use Google Earth to map out and highlight interesting properties
