Can someone elaborate on 21:10
Effective anger management is to focus on the angry person.
then says,
Do not engage with the angry person because they are not thinking logically.
I agree with both statements, but they seem contradictory. How to know when to use which? If the person is angry at me or it's something I caused, don't engage? If they are angry at something else that I'm not causing, focus and listen?
