  • On today’s episode of the Mindset Mentor Podcast, I’ll show you what it means to really go back into your authentic selfs state of being, and I’ll explain how to make sure you never have to let go of them again.
What’s it mean to be your authentic self? It means that your thoughts, actions, and feelings align with who your true self.
A lot of people I meet have this one common issue: they feel “stuck”. Stuck in position but their wheels are still spinning… and here’s what I’ve found.
When you really dig down deep to the main culprit, I have found that most people start to feel “stuck” because they’re in a place in their life where they aren’t being fully authentic.
They’re not being their true self in their relationships, their jobs, etc. Honestly in most cases they’re not being their true authentic self in most areas of that life.
You might be thinking you know exactly who you are, but I’m here to tell you that you do know who you THINK you are. Once you go on this journey of self discovery you’ll realize that there are pieces of yourself that have been conditioned from external sources.
If you want to experience the highest quality of life, then you’ve got to know who the hell you really are. Who you are behind your persona, your masks, what you’ve done to make sure you fit in, name, gender, religion, sexual preference, skin color, degree, etc…
There is a real authentic you deep down inside and this episode is to help you get started on your journey of true self actualization.
And if you like this episode…
Make sure to share it with someone that needs to hear it and help us get the message out there so that together we can help make people’s lives better and make the world a better place.

Please do not ever stop cussing (unless you want to of course). It feels so real and authentic and reminds me how much we value “good behavior” over authenticity. Thank you for reminding me to just BE!

There's a difference between being authentic and "bad behavior". For example, a person who has the urge to steal and is a habitual pickpocketer cannot use the concept of authenticity as a reason to pickpocket and declare being authentic.
Good manners/behavior does not necessarily go against being authentic. Being authentic is to do the right thing in the right manner without bending to society's pressure to go with the flow.

Hurray! I agree with you. It's ok to cuss. And it's ok to do it. It's a representation of how you truly feel. Everyone cuss., if not in public they are thinking it in their minds.

Thank you for this episode Rob, be authentic is the best thing cause you live a true life with your own choices and it doesn't matter if the others don't agree or don't like. It frees our mind! 🦋

I totally get why you cuss, i used to do it a lot myself. I will admit it's been frustrating at times that you do though, simply because it means i can't listen to you with the kids in the car 😂 But i still love your work x

The man talks about being fluffing authentic, let him express himself, the way he chooses, fluffing does not harm anyone!

Reason why i watch this in A.M is because of the cussing. It's normal and any adult who is afraid to be around cussing has alot of growing the F up to do(adding the flavor). I agree trying become some1 your not so they can like you for an fictious imagination of marketing their fantasy desire of what your not. Someone asking me to become brady bunch innocent lovable female to thier audiences/followers,its like nah hell no. That's you not me bro, dont get that twisted. To change to what you like now is a crazy ask.

Sorry Rob, still don't get the dropping 'F Bombs' on your informative podcasts. Doesn't add anything to your inspiring messages. I recall one of your other podcasts explaining your reasoning behind the 'language' and you came to mind in a series I was watching recently and one actor made a comment relating to 'F bombs, etc................................

Not cussing is called manners. Cussing to be real is called being a jerk.

Dude, you're delusional. Words have meanings, but if you want to go on thinking words don't matter, go ahead. Delusional, in your mind, is the same as Factual.
