Matt, Love your videos - Unfortunately I have purchased 3 NEW diesel coaches from General RV and I cannot get anyone in service to even call me back to schedule repairs - I have waited 3 weeks , called my salesman too and crickets. How about a video about your service or lack there of!

Awesome RV, please show us how well that tag axle works. Set up a course in the parking lot and get some shots of the turns and use a drone to film how tight it can make a turn. Thanks for all the great informative videos!
I can only dream of having a motorhome, so my 3 likes are: 1) INTERIOR COLOR SCHEME; 2) CABINET COLOR AND GLOSSY GLEEM; 3) PLACEMENT OF INTERIOR AREAS AND QUALITY FURNISHINGS. LOVE IT!

I agree with the lack of recliners facing the TV and I also don’t like the smart fridge. Just unnecessary added cost. Love the ultra steer feature and the bathroom sizes.
3 things I like are the lighting the flush slide outs and that its on a General RV lot (I work at the Utah location ;-) 3 things I don't like are the price the price and uh the price ;-)

These are obviously not for everyone but many people can afford them either because they’re wealthy or it is a business expense. And those folks are not generally concerned with the cost to buy maintain run or depreciation. (Also they’re probably smart enough to figure that out without a RUclips commenters help)

Most motorhome companies, will discount their products between 25 and 40% off retail price. Depends on their inventory, it depends on the time of year. Never be afraid to ask for a larger discount. When push comes to shove oh, they will probably drop the price they initially quoted you. Today is April 29th 2022.
I have been wanting to see an really expensive RV for some reason. I seen a million dollar RV once. Love it!

I like this motorhome except for the glossy finish on the cabinets. Its a terrific machine for the asking price. I would change the outside color scheme if I bought it. Thanks Matt for the vid.

This is my favourite motorhome, I love everything about with the exception of 2 things.....
Grey and brown don't go, love the splash backs but the brown shiny surface does not look good with grey. The other problem is the shiny surface woodwork the light bounces of them and when you have luminosity issues it's quite disorientating and annoying.
Apart from the excessive shine It's stunning 😍
Likes: 1. Flat beautiful floor no carpet. 2. Rear bath w/ large shower w/ built in seat. 3. Cross ventilation windows at head of bed. 4. Decent half bath size. 5. Aqua Hot 600 w/ dual element. 6. Bridge chassis w/ steerable rear axle. 7. Select adjustable steering to reduce driving fatique. 8. Love the lithium batteries. 9. Front steps appear stronger than most. Dislikes: 1. A kind of ugly front end only a mother could love. Why when the American Dream hits out of the park? 2. The sofa bed appears to have the break your back bar; would prefer a tri-fold for guests. 3. Needs a screen door option. 4. Rear engine entry could be larger for easier maintenance. 5. Plumbing fixtures appear to be cheap chrome plastic. 6. The wet bay underwhelmed at this price point. 7. After watching AZ Expert RV repair videos, I would like another video by Tom B. going over the construction details how American builds its slides and roofs and how they make sure they are water tight. Overall Matt, I really love this motorhome!!
The 3 things I like about this motorhome:
1. combo both bathrooms: the shower size and the plenty of space around the toilet in the half bath
2. the Liberty chassis
3. combo interior and exterior: the light colored cabinets and the entry steps are hidden when folded away
The 3 things I don't like about this motorhome:
1. would rather have the tri-fold sofa in front of the TV and reclining sofa or theater seats across from the TV
2. the struts in the overhead cabinets and the lack of struts in the overhead cabinets
3. the shower seat is too low

I am a National Sales Director for a Canadian company, you sir are a very upbeat, positive high energy salesman...I am a Highway Bus man so I would never even consider buying this coach...but I watched the entire video because that is due completely to your sales kudos....when you will watch a video for something you would never buy...you sir have a very bright future. and I would hire you in a minute...God Bless
Loved everything about this unit...incredible!!!
I noticed that all motorhomes are putting CPAP up above the bed. If you read CPAP instructions they say to not have your unit above your head level.
Over the cab bunk is my favorite thing to have in my dream RV with a large window to look at stars! But who know if I’ll ever get one lol

I'll be honest, I loved the outside look of an AE, but after looking at several new ones in early 2022, I decided on a Newmar King Aire. We absolutely love it. The American Coach seemed like they really cut corners on the inside, such as cabinets that were completely uneven to pleather being used that was extremely noticable. Like I said, beautiful on the outside, but they need to up their game on the interior.
I like the wood work. The room with the slides in and all the storage inside and out. I don't have 3 things I don't like. Lol
Agree with Tommy about having the reclynerr across the TV. I like the glossy easy to clean cabinet finish. Shiny floor looks so sharp. Large 1 piece sink, more useful. Wish the silk on windows would better match the RV paint.
This may be my new favorite coach..thanks for the review. I agree with the first 2 dislikes and likes you guys identified. Other dislike is no bunk over cab. Other like is those lithium batteries! An all electric coach with induction cooktop (is it removable?) is perfect. By the way Matt, Audrea would know why the shower seat is low....so ladies can shave their legs more easily! With a few styling changes, this would be my ideal coach. Thanks for having Tommy help out with this one.
Class A Motorhomes, especially in this price range, never have a bunk over the cab area. If you look a little closer you would see that's where the entrance door is. Today is April 29th 2022

Tommy sold us our Motor Coach several years back. He does his homework and is well versed in Product information.
This one is a winner in my book. I love the heated floors and the heated and cooled front seats! As far as dislikes, I dont have any. The quality is amazing. I'm 5' 2 and a hundred pounds so everything is perfect for me. Thanks guys for showing this one! Blessings to u.

3 things I like:
- Colour
- reasonable amount of Lithium battery
- not super expensive
3 things I do not like:
- Flooring (better to have dark floors and light walls)
- Cheap smoke detector.
- Backsplash
- too many remotes. Google home or some kind of integrated smarthome would be better.
Agree with Tommy about the recliner position. Also make sure they have head support. Would like a dinette option. Agree that cabinet doors should have struts to say open. Like the fact that it has an emergency exit door.
I agree with Matt on master shower seat. Plus - because it’s so low, it’s here should be a grab bar to help you get up. I’m not a fan of the shiny coverings. Overall though very nice looking home.

Checks most of my boxes. Love the coach. I agree with Tommy about the location of the lift in the living room, except I would replace the couch/bed with a very plush theatre seating, eliminate the love seat with fold out foot rests and place a beautiful electric fireplace under the lift TV on the drivers side..,,,
My only dislike is squeaky bathroom door. It's an easy fix of course but having this issue with brand new unit with more than 500k price point it starts a questioning in my mind about build quality immediately. Happy to see Tommy again. He's a very cool professional when it comes to selling high end RVs. Thank you both so much for the video ;)

I love this motor home , just wish there was an out door kitchen and that the tv was slid into the bay storage compartment , I am older and lifting my head up to see the tv would cause unnecessary stress on my neck , like the man said i wish their was theater seats on the opposite side as the t.v. i also wish the furniture was dark because the cabinets are light . this is an absolute favorite floor plan.
I love this Class A motorhome. I don’t think I have a dislike for this one. I would put this on my list. Thank you Matt and Tommy. This is a great motorhome.

Wow Wow Wow - Decent review too , Tommy , Matt. Love the 12.5K diesel Onan, Liberty chasis , bathroom, tires, fridge, layout, spaciousness, dislikes the flooring, shower, too busy, didnt go over main bedroom enough .
I like the Cabinet finish, 650 hp and exterior paint!
That middle drawer on the refrigerator is a kimchi drawer. What it’s made for in Korea.

Hello, beautiful layout. I just don't like all the shine on the cabinets, floors. Don't like the cabinet color. Love the backsplash, the master bed, sofa. Kitchen sink is pretty. Great review guys! 👍👍🤗

only dislike is the price but not looking for this type of RV. Likes pretty much everything out side storage all the inside features. Great job both of you.
If your not going to go the drone route, you should at least get one of those telescoping sticks so you can show the roofs of the ones without ladders. With all those lithium batteries it would have been great to see what SOLAR setup they had on the roof.
We like almost everything about this RV.
The contemporary cabinetry is very nice , but there is to much shine. There isn’t enough visual resting area.(hubby doesn’t agree) Matt said the ceiling design covered the eyesore of AC vents; no the design is the eyesore! Looks like it belongs in a casino. Incredible kitchen, Master very nice. Wish some of the design elements would be available in other A’s and C’s.
Designer’s did an amazing job here, they didn’t use any “camper brown “ promising

I think the floors are awesome and oh boy! no carpet, perfect. Cabinets and overall interior is terrific as it the exterior (love that orange). I like the shinny cabinets and the granite counters, Frig is great!! - nice touch with Samsung and location of washer/dryer is great. Soft close drawers is a plus. Bathroom is awesome!! I like you can access via your phone from far away. The comfort Drive and Steering is teriffic. I wish it had a TV over the windscreen. The front tires should be 365/70R22.5 with 315/80R22.5 Rear and Tag for a better and more stable ride (plus they handle more weight). Pull-out bed and recliners need to be swapped. The cabinet doors should stay open and yes on the seat in the shower being too low. Great job Matt and Tommy

What is there not to love about a rig like that?? Only one ☝️ thing, I don’t like that the entry door is the passenger side door. A little challenging to get in and out with supplies, groceries, pets and old folks.

Yes it needs a side door and I don't like the dining chairs being unattached, I'd rather see a fixed dinette which wouldn't fly around if you slam on the brakes.
Cons:
1. Agree that sofa bed should be recliners across from TV, and cabinet uppers doors should stay open.
2. The kitchen counter is not functional, counter space for dirty dishes/dish strainer lacking. Marble stove top covers way too thick and heavy for many women/older folks. Plus, hand grip openings in stove top cover, will allow food etc., and water from dish washing to fall on to stove top. The pull out counter and pantry are nice.
3. Maybe it wasn’t mentioned, but there are no end/coffee tables for living room area. I didn’t see any table insert holes in the floor? Stay put cup holders on back of couches are great for traveling, but when at the camp site, would be uncomfortable to access.
Pros:
1. Great bathroom, although the seat in the shower would be challenging for a tall person to sit on, it is a good height for a lady to shave her legs or sit on when washing small children or pets. Ample space for changing clothes. Bath and a half is very nice for travel days or families.
2. Great outside storage.
3. Nice cab, comfortable innovative driving features.
OVERALL: Sadly, this motorhome is lacking in some creature comforts that other motorhomes at this price range offer. It looks good, but overall doesn’t function well for everyday comfortable living, i.e. people that cook meals from scratch or people that like to kick up their feet and lounge with a snack while watching tv. Where would you place a wine glass, heavy tumbler or the remotes? Perhaps this motorhome would be very nice for vacationers but maybe not for full time living? The interior is very beautiful and depending on personal needs, Im sure this motorhome would be perfect for many people.
At this price it's hard to find anything to dislike;however I do agree with the couck placement, it would be better with theater seats and the pull out bed on the opposite side. If one purchases this I feel it would be a full timer.

The woodwork is very nice. It will pass the test of time and still look good in 20 years.
For that price, they really should have got some nice storage bins for the manuals, extra tiles, and gear in the slide out trays in the storage area. Those beat to crap boxes really bring down the wow factor when you spend this kind of money.
I'm not wild about the blonde interior color of the wood. And, as Tommy said no recliners. Also, I think it would be hard to bring groceries and stuff through that passenger door. I love everything else. Especially the Chicago Bears' orange!

I love the creamy colors throughout and especially the high gloss cabinets and heated floors. The bathroom is fantastic and I'd love that shower in my home! The outside is beautifully amazing, I too love the color orange. There is only one thing I don't like.... the super heavy covers on a glass top stove! My husband has already destroyed one stove top with a cast iron skillet... it was cheaper to replace the entire stove than to replace just the glass top. I'd say that I dislike the price, but super quality demands a higher price.
My likes, the whole interior. The cockpit, 360, it all seemed well worth the price. I didn't care for the paint.
Love the UltraSteer, electronic dash and Aquahot. I have UltraSteer on my coach and the turning radius is awesome!
Hey Matt and Tom and Andrea sry haven't comment in awhile chemo u know. But great news i found out today (Fri 3/5/21) the chemo has an effect on my cancer Yayy!
But forgot to mention on the batteries li-ion batteries don't work in cold so they have to be heated in cold weather.

My wife and I had an American eagle and we loved it. But sold it and went to a custom coach built. Actually a Newell coach.
I attended the University of Texas in Austin back in the early 80's. Love the burnt orange! Also love the storage doors opening like a normal door. Really like the lack of carpet inside. Much easier with pets. Very little to change overall lithium batteries?
PS, Yes Tommy, we do love Matt (and Andrea, Wil, & now you too)
