- This guide shows the most important locations of truffle mushrooms that got hit with updates in the past. They overall decreased the cooldown and additionally increased the number of truffles found in these caves.
Moreover, with the Land of the Morning Light release, we got access to the new Green Thumb knowledge which increased the yield by a ton. Best update so far.
Another update also "unstuck" some mushroom that were hidden or hard to get below rocks. This video does not mention anything about these updates but shows the result of them and how to most efficiently make use of them.

u can get hypha by processing the unknown seed from rare drop alchemy and the truffle mushroom = hypha truffle mushroom
Yes this has been patched recently, you only get that seed from doing any kind of alchemy (very rare). The resulting hypha is unable to be bred, so it's only for a big chunk of truffle mushrooms.

Great video. Do you have any idea how long the respawn timer is for a truffle? Can't seem to find any information regarding it
Above the Marie Cave, there is a rock with bunch of cotton (white flower i forget the name) , you can get 2. Usually i went to the upper side and then jump down to the cave where you went.
True those are really close. There are even some more on the way there but I didnt want to include them as the video is already pretty long. So I kept it to a minimum and only included the cave spots ;)
Maybe I do a future update with all the spots in between as well :)
What's the respawn time for those mushrooms?
respawn cooldown ? sometime even after 1H they all not fully respawn yet
Nice video! Do you think it's worth to sell elixir of detection on the central market??
If you really can't use it yet to make a lot more during grinding, then I guess it would not be too bad.
I would not recommend it, but I can see that for newer players it can be okay Silver.

Agris does not work on the truffles :(

Sorry noob question, how do I get mushroom hypha ? Can I purchase from vendor?
No unfortunately not, you can't get the hypha in the game. Otherwise everyone would just farm them, that would be way more convenient.
In that mini-game, I chose all correctly and that failed anyway, can you explain how to do that correctly pls?
Yes, I was also confused the first time.
You have to dig them all up AND also make sure that you seal every hole you dug up where there are no roots underneath. Only then you successfully complete the minigame.
So in short, make sure to dig up only the spots that have roots below, don't dig up that do not have any roots, if you do, just close them again 👍

5 is max and 100% with 2k mastery

No wonder Dectections are so expensive. Why the hell would anyone willingly want to do this =/
Yup that's the reason, this is still the best way to get truffle mushrooms.
PA also added a new way to get them, now when you do any kind of Alchemy you have a very low chance of getting Unknown Seed, which is basically Truffle mushrooms. But it is not enough for your grind needs... but a nice addition at least!
