One more thing: We can directly find determinant after finding adjoint : Multiply first row of original matrix with first column of its adjoint.

Mam you know I was looking for a shortcut for finding inverse in ques:7 miscellaneous exercise (chapter 4, NCERT- Class 12th), so I saw this video. Then I realized that the inverse you are solving is exactly the same one in that question, since all the elements are just the same.

Really quick!! No need to take care of the negative sign in the 4 even positions too, which is required while finding the cofactors matrix or adjoint of the matrix......Excellent girl!!

Find the determinant of sub matrices
If any one of any order determinant is non zero then the rank of matrix is that order
For example if you have to find rank of 3*3 matrix
Then find determinant of this if its value is not zero then rank of matrix is 3
But if determinant is zero then find determinant of all 2*2 sub matrix if any of these determinant is not zero then rank of matrix is 2
But if all submatrix of 2*2 matrix is zero then rank is 1
Further if you have any problem whtsapp me on 8604069134

Best trick is to Convert the Matrix in Eucler Form(Google it),then count the non zero rows,that will be your rank.
