    Just wanted to thank you for this and all the other videos. There are many pilates or yoga videos where it is like a competition or a stretchy contest. Your exercises are so therapeutic and I genuinely feel the care that you build in that people will enjoy and benefit from it. Thanks so much.

    I am doing quite a lot of different classes on RUclips but I enjoy you the most. No music and screaming, thank you 🙏 Your voice calms me down and you offer so cool different skills, it burns at the end but it's the kind of 'good burn' 😊

    Good morning Katja , i really like this class switching things up to work the upper body . Since lock-down i have done at least 1 of your classes 5 days a week but most days i will do 2 classes. I can honestly say i am feeling the benefits ...... i feel so much more fitter , relaxed and my flexibility improves every week . Thank you so much Katja xx

    I found this workout by searching for "pilates upper body," and so happy I did A great, challenging workout. And, you're the first online fitness instructor I've viewed who used multiple camera angles! I really appreciate how much time you took for stretching during and after the exercises.     Katja, this is fabulous! Clear instruction, thoughtful moves, great pacing - and no distracting music! (very much appreciated). Could I suggest though, that your camera person keeps the camera static so that we can always see the whole of you? It would also keep the frame straight. Many, many thanks for your inspired work, my back has never felt better!

Really missing working out with you... So just tried the neck and shoulder release to feel better. I love the fact that your videos cater to all our(up and down) days!     I enjoyed this class, thanks. Only feedback would be that the first 15 minutes is a stretch or beginner class. I'll add weights next time. Too easy and not the same level as the following 10 minutes.

      Dear Sanjo, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it. My idea was for the first part to warm up and practice the movements at an easier level, then translate them to the floor using more challenging versions of the movements. Glad to hear, you still enjoyed the class :)

      That's ok, we all have different needs of how much, how little, how fast, how slow etc... we need to move to feel well, happy and content in our bodies (and minds). It's just a matter of finding the style that suits you best. Thank you for trying it out.
