You can make these healthy spinach wraps for breakfast today. They are so delicious easy to prepare. Just add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Cooking takes about 2 minutes per wrap. In no time you can have them on your plate.
While they are still warm, spread some cream cheese and add your favorite toppings. I like to eat mine with some boiled eggs and ham.
This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian and contains only five ingredients. Depending on the type of milk you use it can also be dairy free.

A non stick pan ,you don't have to spray with cancer building baking spray
@@Shannyra why did you assume that I used non-stick spray? I don’t show it in the video and it is not listed in the ingredient list I provided for the recipe. I used few drops of avocado oil, because my ceramic pan is old and sticks sometimes.
Health and oxalate ridden spinach sprayed with glyphosphate should not be in the same sentence
Thank you for sharing your opinion. Now here is mine. Yes, leafy greens might be high in oxalates, but this does not make them unhealthy. There are multiple studies that found spinach to be beneficial and not harmful for the health. It is actually linked to improved blood glucose control in people with diabetes, lowering the risk of cancer, and improving bone health. Also, your body produces oxalates on your own even if you don’t consume any greens.
If you follow me and read my blog posts, you should know that I always recommend using organic fruits and vegetables for my recipes. Organic spinach is not spayed with glyphosphate since that product is banned for organic farming.
@@thefoodkooky Studies (especially correlations with small sample and low beta) are not science. One should look at them more as marketing. Only Coca Cola for ex. produces more studies than US government financed bodies. Small amount of knowledge is dangerous. Plants are not some defenceless organisms that God put in this Eden to sustain us. Plants are trying to kill you: ruclips.net/video/j1cqNDDG4aA/видео.htmlsi=xK6Naa3Xm_-DJfOR
@@thefoodkooky If there is endogenous production and excretion (formaldehyde f.ex. too) it's doesn't mean you need more. Organic doesn't help much either, usually means only the worst of the worst herbicides are avoided. Even if perfectly organic plants still have more inherent pesticides in them than what is sprayed on them. Popeye lied to us. So do the studies financed by the private sector.🙂
When you sprinkle lemon/lime juice on spinach, just before you enjoy your meal...you instantly remove the oxilites (sp) from the spinach. I think that the lady did a good job, by sharing her highly nutritious ideas with the world.
