The nominated sub contractor will be contractually dealing directly with the client or their contract will be with main contractor?

Contract will be between main contractor and NSC but the NSC will be decided by client.

Your videos are very useful and fully appreciated. i have a small clarification regarding the PC rate and provisional sum items, from my expereince not all PC rate and PS items need to be nominated unless the contract specifically states so, correct me if i am wrong

Usually these will be done by Nominated sub contractor. Hence the provision for same. If contract specifies the contractor itself to carry out the work, then it will be their responsibility. But ultimately these are priced at later stages.

Does the PC rate remains fixed? Why the contractor will require invoice from supplier to determine the price when it's already mentioned in BOQ?
And does it always means that PC rate is the price of only supply of material..and thus it by default means that main contractor scope will be excluding supply of that material?

2) Is Project duration depends on PC & PS Items?
3) If there is a change in the amount or list of items of PC & PS Amount, how it will be treated?
4) What assistance is to be allowed by the Contractor for PS & PS amount items subcontractors

1. It should be included while pricing it
2. It should also be considered.
3. Depending on actual usage, the final amount can reduce or increase.
4. Attendance and coordination percentage can be claimed by main contractor.
