    Great informative video sir. I would like to know, is there any website or something to access the historical data for the initial budget estimation of a project as you have explained in Floor Area Method or Functional Unit Method.

    Sir, One question. Why valve chambers are measured in numbers in a water supply project and not in m3.?

      But the size, depth etc is to be mentioned in the BOQ description. So irrespective of nr or cum, you have both details and rate analysis can be done accordingly.
