Abhilash being an IAS Officer was taking bigger decisions for the people of his district and he was pretty good at that. However, he wasn't an emotionally intelligent character in my opinion. That's the reason he couldn't make his own decisions in that regard. He becoming an IAS officer was the arc for him

Achara is the girl which i think will fairly smoothly adjust to Indian Lifestyle than other foreign girls or even some Indian ones 😂❤️

I loved this series because it broke the stereotype of a guy wanting to achieve something just to get a girl he loved . He genuinely wanted to become ias officer and i love that. His dream is not driven by feelings for dhairya. Maybe thats why sandeep bhaiya couldnt make it but abhilash did.
I just think those are two different people. With different choices. None of them is wrong. Just different!
I don't think so yeah one might be more successful then other but at the end they both got successful in life. It depends on what bring successful means to an individual. For Sandeep even after achieving in career he wasn't happy but Abhilash wasn't happy too in a way not because of dhariya but because he lost his friends.

Le achara:- those glasses are durable.
The Abhilash's & Dhairya's closure was handled elegantly with just gestures. Their coming together to say Hi or hug it out or take photograph together and sort it out wasn't the main driver of the series. This series is more about the Aspirant and their lives and giving a motivation, as rightly expressed by the character Sandeep, that life is and will always be about more than these exams, these services and these posts. Yes, the pride of being an IAS Officer is definitely worth of competing for these exams but it is definitely not worth it for sacrificing relationships with parents or friends.
The whole ending was deliberately kept it subtle, we all understood without seeing or listening to how Abhilash sorted it out among him & Guri or him & Dhairya. It was kept subtle - just to inspire or motivate anyone to take the initiative and amend the damaged relations their way.
Exactly.... First I thought that why they didn't show 6 year story of dharya but later I realised that if they shown her story then this whole series would have turned into Abhilash-dharya and guri love triangle. But they handle it perfectly and the series turned out to be all about aspirants life in the end.
Though I have already watched the entire series of Aspirants but watching with these guys feels like watching with my own friends ❤️🧿🧿🧿

Okay in terms of naveen letting the girl go and not trying to have a compromise,
In a very brief explanation -
Both of them passing UPSC together would in most likelihood still make them go different ways (different states) for a long ass time.
And just one of them passing would as well.
The only way for them to stay together would be if they both fail, and that was the happy dream he saw in the previous episode.
And that is why if he stayed in the relationship, a part of him would always want to fail the exam, atleast subconsciously. He wouldn't be true to his main dream.
I understand still "let's see where it goes" could have happened. But just that I felt the point of inevitable distance upon success in exam was something that was not well understood by the viewers and reactors alike.
I too thought the same. If anyone or even both would have become IAS officers, their professionals lives would have not allowed them to stay together.
This story was more about upsc exams/goals and the hardship people go through in achieving their dreams and less about the love triangle. The aspect of this series was to emphasise the more realistic version of one of the toughest version of exams in our country.
People who crack it become legends and people who dont they just lose 4-6 years of their life which is so hard to accept.

*Also I want to tell you one thing that extra attempt that they put on the show was a real step taken by government at that time where they increased attempts from 4 to 6 👍*

I spent 6 years of mine.... Though I regret not being a civil servant... no regrets when I realise the life lessons learnt as an Aspirant... I am in corporate sector now and pretty successful in my field... All thanks to being an Aspirant once a upon a time...
SKs character didn't have any redemption though. Someone became IAS someone else an entrepreneur the girl is doing what she wouldve done anyway, SK isn't like the best teacher in rajendra nagar, plus his only 2 friends don't respect him.
But he is the only character out of the three who is satisfied with his life, i mean his professional life.

Below points I think the reason why you guys didn’t get this show.
1. you have no idea about upsc is and what it takes to clear it.
2. i think the dialogues in hindi is more impactful rather than reading the subs
3. naveen and jeetu always have a soft heart in all of us. Unfortunately we don’t have jeetu here.
4. This is a real story of many aspirants that has been spent years of their life but couldn’t able to clear it.
5. This feels like a story of one of us.
6. Life is hard and not many people are fortunate enough to born in US.
7. Don’t say you gonna have to move on. If RUclips shut your channel will you able to move on.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
That's how hard it is in India. Needs infinite sacrifices to crack JEE and NEET. And for UPSC it's even more sacrifices even if you spend years and years for it and if it even goes down to interview after clearing prelims and mains, the interviewers might not want you.
Jaby please watch *"Delhi Crime"* on Netflix. It won the *"International Emmy Award"* for "Best Drama Series"
That series has some really strong female characters portrayed amazingly by talented actresses so it'll be nice if you watch it with Achara and Kristen.
It's gonna be a tough watch but I'd like to hear your perspectives on that series (specially a female perspective)

We all are sometimes lucky to have someone as Sandeep Bhaiya in our life but its tough to change ourselves and work on ourselves. They show the way but its upto us to move forward on that way and make that decision. Another great work from TVF❤
Also funfact: at the end of the 4th episode you can see that it says "upsc results 2013" , that was very clever to introduce the fact that govt of india in actuality had increased upsc attempts from 4 to 6 in the year 2014!!

Well not just a govt officer. He became a civil servant but a state level officer. Which is the 2nd best thing after IAS.

This show was mainly for students, students how want to success in there life and how to make balance in life, but this show is not drama for students..
That final note: Take everything with a grain of salt.
I guess TVF said the same thing with two different shows through Naveen.
In TVF Pitchers, Naveen gives up on the relationship to do what he wanted to do with his career.
Whereas here, he realises that it's not worth it.
So yeah, you choose what's best for you.

Actually tvf shows are very close to reality that's why it's loved but becoming an IAS is tedious and tricky paper you have to be very well versed in almost every high school subjects and also the general awareness a and the journey to all this is very well portrayed here.
