God bless you. I've had this box in my bathroom for three days because it said it required two people and the directions made it sound far more complicated then it really was. You made it super simple and this project became much more enjoyable. Thank you so much.
Glad that I could help. I know the instructions are always convoluted and hard to understand. I’m a visual learner. Also enjoy your new shower curtain rod holder and thank you for watching.
Thank you Jesus, I looked at the rod today and said oh no how will I drill this in the tiles😱😱 so you did a great video Sir, step by step I now know how to put it on.
My sister is at work (she works at Walmart) and she saw this curtain rod and asked if it’s a good one. We always try to get one that doesn’t require screws and it always falls down no matter what and we get anxiety about it when we open and close the curtain. Have you ever had issues with it falling down? I’m also hoping she gets this faucet with a diverted and shower head so we can turn the bathtub into a shower. The house is a 1930s craftsman style house and the last owners put a small shower into the closet and we have 2 doorways to the shower, basically, and my aunt got the shower doorway and door installed by professionals, herself. The last owners didn’t have a shower door before. I’ve always wanted to turn the already existing bathtub into a shower. Only problem is that there’s a tile shelf behind the bathtub in the faucet side and the wall is further back so the shower head would be too far back and get water all over the counter and maybe on the floor and trail off by the sink etc. trying to figure out ways around this. I’m a big person and that small shower is hard to use and spiders love to hang out in there and I have extremely bad arachnophobia so I can’t deal with it and have to just not shower and hope someone isn’t too annoyed with me when I ask for them to help get the spider out 😂 Anyway, hoping this all happens one day and I can use the actual bathtub
If you tighten this really good it stays up. We’ve got two of them and they work pretty good one on our upstairs bathtub and one on our downstairs bathtub. Good luck on your install and thank you for watching.
Put up my shower rod maybe 4 years ago and have noticed one rust spot, but it has slid down the wall maybe 2 inches since installation and I could not figure out how to take it down. Thanks for the video👍🏾
I am having the hardest time getting mine off. I think it was installed upside down, so those two holes you unscrewed first are facing the ceiling. What are you using to unscrew them with? Be specific if possible, this is driving my crazy
I got the bronze colored one and it’s completely rusted I should have just bought the $6 tension rod instead of the $30 rust proof. Thanks for the video. I couldn’t figure out how to remove the old one.
Lefty-Lucy / Righty-Tighty Loosening is designed counterclockwise (top goes left-ward) - and tightening is clockwise - not to say that a clock is wise.
