Don't know how many people still roll around these comments, but I just finished my replay of Pokemon White 2 today. I was moved to tears, especially at the end. The credits of all things was one of the most saddest parts of the game, a Pokemon game at that. Glad to have gotten the game in 2012, it cheered me in one of the lowest parts of my life.

To be fair, that side quest takes a stupid amount of calls to fully come to fruition. Like, you need to call her I think 50 times tops to compete the dialogue entirely, lmao 😅
The worst thing for recent pokemon games... Is the ending music. They are all loops. Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon, Sword and Shield. What the heck happened? X and Y have one greatest music ending, same to black 2 white 2. But the gen 7 and 8 is loop music ending that doesnt have end of music. It makes me cry of sadness and sick instant of feeling emotional ;-;
The final scene hit really hard for me, I love how Rosa/Nate look at you at the end, thanking you for taking them on this journey. It is the best ending of any pokemon game for me
They have different impacts, as one is setting up a sequel and the other is closing the book on the unovan adventure. I just prefer how BW2 illustrated the end since the take is subjective anyway.
Bruh I just realized having swapped the legendaries in the sequel makes sense So here’s what mean: Pokémon White, N leaves with Reshiram Pokémon Black, N leaves with Zekrom Pokémon White 2, N still has Reshiram by his side, and now Zekrom is the main legendary Pokémon Black 2: N still has Zekrom by his side, and now Reshiram is the main legendary Now my brain is jumbled up cause I bought Pokémon White, and Pokémon Black 2
Prior to Black 2 and White 2 being released, Game Freak actually did advised for those who played Black to pick up Black 2, and those who played White, to purchase White 2, for a better understanding of the story continuity. 😅
It's so fitting that parts of this sound like My Way by Frank Sinatra. These credits and the games they're in signify the end of Pokémon with sprite graphics, which Game Freak was holding onto (at least for characters and creatures) until industry pressure and the 3D feature of the next console 'forced' them to use models. Not to mention, Jazz as a genre of music blossomed where else but the inspiration for Unova, New York City!

144 hours. That's how long it took me to make it through this game. This was on the dray60 hack, and I was using a hacked cartridge with the hack on it, so I had to beat an incredibly difficult game without speeding up once. I am in pain because of those gym battles. God damn 50 attempts to beat Burgh. Same for Elesa.
God I hate the fact the game still goes when the DS or 3DS is closed because I decided to wait to watch the credits so I closed my 3DS, and when I opened it again, it just said "The End" 😭
Bensimort30 O honestly I love them all. However my favorite Pokémon in the game has to be either Locario, amphoros, and magnazone. My favorite gen 5 Pokémon has to be cobelion due to me leveling it up to 96.
The scenes where the elite 4 comes to nate is funny af, nate looks confused on how they aproach to him withouth saying a single word and the how they all agroup and nate starts to run like he was in danger 😂
I hate that they took away the ability to see the credits after you beat the elite four. I used to beat them over and over just to hear this song play again.
I am actually imagining the end credit photos if it were done in the style of the 3D games, instead of just sprites, you get to see full art illustrations, like the scene at Pokestar Studios, that scene would probably be changed of them actually acting an action scene on set.
There will never be another Pokemon game as good as the DS games. BW2 especially. A new studio needs to take a crack at the main series. The 3d games are so stagnant that I'm afraid I'll catch cholera if I touch them. I knew how SwSh and Hop's arc was gonna end a hour into the game.
