Crazy how the T30 fans are still untouchable. Those things absolutely MOVE air. Pricey but very very good.
Pretty sure one day we're going to see a ~35mm fan released and then that thing will be top dog.

Actually in a recent video I cover the Super FLower 120mm fan. Its the best Ive tested so far.
      But the T30 still rocks.
Theres the Hyte Thicc 120 its 32mm thick. I tested that as well.

I bought the NF-F12 for £23.99 and it fluctuates between 23 and 35 but returning it. After watching your videos and other videos on it, ended up with the Phanteks T30 x3 for £70.

I have a best of roundup from November. I also will have a new updated best of coming out in August.
I have fans that do beat the T30 now. haha. but its still a top performer in pressure applications.

@@computer-tech-more Indeed, unfortunately like a lot of these things availability is always the issue. The T30 is available in the UK at many retailers. My use case is a homeserver in a relatively confined space that is far from being heard. So perfect to set it at 2/2.5k RPM.

@@qalih thats pretty cool. so noise isnt really an issue. T30 will do great. The super flower mega cool is another you may want to look at. if its available in the UK.

@@computer-tech-more will look into it. So yesterday I was doing some changes to my server and noticed that when the RPM of fans is high there is "turbluance" or something that means the air doesnt actually flow properly and almost spits air backwards. Do you have a video that goes over this stuff? I noticed when my exhaust fan was at a higher RPM than 500 then it would instead pull air into the case! Lowering it below 500 and the air would travel out nice and smooth (testing using some incence sticks).

@@qalih I dont have that specific of testing. So how much room is there infront of and behind the fans. That effects the how effective the fans can be. both intake and exhaust
I dont know much about server cases. So i can only otherwise guess it has to do with the internal layout or the fans not generating enough pressure. Most servers to my knowledge need high pressure and high airflow fans.

how about 140 mm fans? and how do the fans behave when actually used to cool a heatsink/radiator? real life use

I have over 150 fans tested on my channel. Unfortunately I am still very small and have only patron and youtube membership that help. So I cant afford a test system.
The best I have right now is in my cooler testing graphs an estimate based on 5 fans. Air speed vs CPU wattage on my system 11700K with noctua U12A cooler fin stack.
If you like what I'm doing I encourage you to join so I can afford those upgrades sooner.

Air speed through cooler? At least verify your data with a dummy load using 70, 150, 200 and 250W to see if it matters for temps.

I would if i had a test system. this channel is completely unfunded. or i should say being payed for out of my pocket.
If you want to see that kind of testing (which i do want to do) think about joining me on patron or becoming a youtube member.
I have approximate wattage's basted on testing of 4 fans on my person PC. with its old Cooler. So I know what air speed going thru it approximates a wattage. Thats the best I can do till I get more funding and afford a system dedicated to testing.
