Very interesting results. I have a Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2, which is a large case, and currently have several T3 fans in it. There are 3 T3 120 fans on the top as exhaust, with 6 T3 140 fans on an Arctic LF II 420mm in push/pull on the front of the case. A trio of Phanteks T30s is on the bottom as intake, and an Arctic P12 is on the back as exhaust. It's a bit overkill for the 7800X3D/7900XTX/X670E system, but I run the fans at very low speeds, so it's very quiet.
In your earlier reviews the T3 140s get good results, and are one of the reasons that I bought 6 to try in this system. As your reviews show, these do very well at low speeds, being one of the quieter fans for good airflow. They seem to be very good for this large AIO, and the only thing that bugs me is the gaps between the fans and the radiator, which you noted in your reviews. I've thought about trying some sort of gaskets, but the performance is good now, and it's not an huge concern.
What is interesting is that the T3 140s seem to be a different design from the T3 120s, with 9 blades that look more like an airflow fan, versus 7 blades on the 120 that look more like a pressure fan. This was a bit surprising to me as I have long used Arctic, where the P14 looks like a bigger version of a P12. But the T3 140s do work well on my AIO, whether this is due to being a good design or just due to being able to move lots of air at low speeds.
I'd be interested to see how the T3 140s do in your new style testing. I bought these T3 fans as a "tide over" while waiting (seemingly forever) for Phanteks to release the T3 140mm fans, but at this point I probably wouldn't bother with them unless they are truly fantastic. The T30s are definitely very nice, but at 3X the prices of the T3s, much harder for me to justify. I don't know if I am "cheap" or just value-oriented, but I typically have 3-4 builds I tinker with, and lots of inexpensive fans makes it more fun.
Keep up the good work, and I'm always looking for your new content!

I actually have retested it, but I am way behind on video editing. I have probably 50+ fans in need of video production.
Short answer: The Storm T3 140 is good at the short cases but near the worst in larger. in my cooler testing lower middle in its ranking.
At the time I originally tested it i was fairly impressed for its price.
Ya I had to overhaul that original method. I'm pretty happy with the current one. but its still not the end goal. I'm just to small right now to really get the final testing form. I'll need a website by that point. haha.
      any ways.
      Thank you for watching.

Oh, I bought a 3-pack of the T3 based off my understanding of the old data. They're in a negative pressure setup ITX case: 2 on rad exhaust duty/1 rear exhaust. Seems best use case for them? They were very cheap fortunately.

yes. I would use them primarily as exhaust.
Like its all relative. if you've been happy with them thats great. and for their price they are still pretty good in the right application.
