Gee, it was his music and voice and I am really enjoying watching this all these years later.
Wow not many singers can actually sing live with no musical cues and instruments like this and actually stay in tune the entire way through. Boy is 100% pure talent.

He looked older than 22. I think it was great for him to break out with this image rather than the boy next door, first. This just facilitated his LARGE PRESENCE,. He’s in reality, a person. I just analyze and view things different, in alot of ways, than my 22 year old self 😕

Talk about a slice of life of a POP sensation....this was brilliant to watch. I love the spontaneity of singing a song for the crowd of adoring fans. TY for posting this clip. I was too young to appreciate CC and what they accomplished. My gender-bending pop inspiration back then was Annie Lennox, but CC really did a fantastic job and to this day the songs hold up. Cheers!!!!

It's actually quite astonishing that a guy who looked like Boy George became so huge in conservative, rather backward Australia. I guess it shows what pop stars do for kids, give them an outlet to express themselves in ways that their home environment doesn't usually allow.

I wonder how much Jon contributed to the beat... which was upbeat. I am concerned about them losing my part of the band. Praying for them all. I have seen another show when George was in his teen years. He was always a good speaker. With passion, intelligence and maturity he has always presented himself.
And because of that, Adelaide got a bigger venue for events.
