Wow. I got a totally different vibe from the song. I thought this song represents his jump into fame and ending one part of life and jumping into a new life. It's like a pep talk to himself at the beginning of his career. Telling himself to swim good, to persevere, to be ready for what is to come. I also think the part when he says I'm about to dive in the Ocean has a double meaning because his artistic last name is Ocean. That's not his real name. So in a way he's becoming "frank ocean"
