I had a full brother of Zan Parr Bar, with the same Father and Mother. Parr Mark my Stallion was never shown, he bred with my own good mares, from Easy Jet, another daughter from a Doc Bar Daughter. Parr Mark bred many working daughters in Alberta for many years until I broke my back and had to sell all my cattle, most of my horses and these days I thank God for being around great horses and riding the daily as Working Horses, not show horses, which they are not..!!! In all my Stallion supported me in all ways.
I always wondered if it was based on a "real" horse or not. The answer. I had a 1/4 horse for 30 years. 3Bars granddaughter, mom from King Ranch. She wasn't a horse, she was my first daughter. I cry about her, now, 21 years after her death.
A quintessential quarter horse and really as Quarter Horses should be-the looks and the performance ability. Hate to think they're getting specialized as halter show stock w/o that athletic ability, can't lose common sense in that.
we have what we thought that the last grandson to zan Parr bar. his name is Kansas City. and zan Parr bar is on his papers we didn't know that there were still others outs lol

My husband has a horse called Zan Parr Denver. A grandson, and he shines like a Copper Penny. And he can do it all and he knows it!

i rode, Zans Diamond Dude to title in early 2000s before his death. reflected his father greatly....
The one I miss the most was Zan’s Diamond Sun. He died way too soon from some accident or mishap….I’m not sure but it broke my heart.
Wow! What timing!

I have a great grandson from zan parr bar. He is still a stud and 6 months old. He is from the sire Rk Galaxy and mare easys black velvet.
pretty sure you mean he's still "entire"an ungelded colt, he's unlikely to be a "stud" (covering mares and siring foals)at 6 months!
