    Thanks for all your videos. I have a problem with keeping my horses head down and collected while spinning. How do you train your horses to keep their heads down while spinning?

    Why are you having your horses head so low and over in the bit? He is almost touching his chest with is chin or head is to his knees . How can your horse pick its shoulder up and be soft in the front end with its head to the ground.

    How do you get a horse free in the front end while stopping?

    • @horsetrainingpro
      @horsetrainingpro  Год назад +3

      There should be a few videos on this subject but basically, in most cases how the horse reacts to your cues when going from fast to slow will be the same in your stop. If you can go from fast to slow without your horse bracing, this will translate into the stop. Second, how your horse backs up will also affect how it stops. A horse using its hind end to pull back up versus its front end to push. Any other exercises to redirects the energy to the back end will free up the front end in the stop
