Thank you for sharing your expertise through the incredibly helpful and engaging video on changing the clutch of a car. Your clear explanation and step-by-step guide made it possible for even a beginner to understand the process. Your hard work and dedication to creating valuable content is greatly appreciated 😀
Great video again. Great technique with the camera always in focus and nice slow clear shots. Mine has just 30,000 on now, I’m worried. But I know who to call. Excellent.
I've got one of these to do next week on a driving instructors 2019 C3...same engine code EB2F....after changing a few Vivaro clutches, this one looks like a dream, plenty of space, no stuff crammed in under the intake etc, external slave and no faffing around with bleeding...although my supplier says they sell plenty of drive shaft seals for the box as they often fail on refitting.....the bloke needs 2 wishbones too so "as I'm down there" 😄...good vid!
That’s very accurate. I’ve stopped fitting driveshaft seals as there’s always a 25 percent chance they will leak soon after since the inner seal never seems to seal accurately as the original. And that’s very common on all makes and models ..
Hi Kev what clutch brand are your top 5 go to ? And best place to buy them and do you always change the CSV ? Thanks for the vids i may try do mine myself been watchi g your vids for a while and half the times it looks like lower arms of the hub and pull the drive shafts and then sub frame if needed and then box out after disconnecting all cables and pipes/plugs
After watching this video i thought it was the same as my peugeot 2008 from 2016 but i had a lot of more work (and bolt on shit places) Today tried to get the gearbox back but connot. Tomrrow try again ,can only be that alignement of clutch is off i think?
This one looked particularily complicated as far as dissassembly goes. It boggles my mind that these new cars are already getting new clutches. Learn to drive standard folks!
Hi Kevin....where did you fill the box from?...I filled.from the breather tube on top of the box.....is the level plug a 13mm hex just above the drain? Many thanks Martyn

I've replaced a few clutches on my cars in the past. I find it interesting that Citroën designed a stainless steel sleeve specifically for the throughout bearing to ride on. I suspect it's there to improve the longevity of the bearing. Obviously it didn't help in this situation.

@Williams Does anyone know what the distance between the segments is on the Peugeot 308 engine 1.2 130 hp petrol year 2015

May I ask a question?
Those inter-connected soft flexible boards you put on the ground to lay on, what are they called?
Thanks.

My wife is the self proclaimed "queen" of being able to tear a clutch up !
Same as the new corsa, absolute piles of scrap I'm surprised the gearbox was still ok

It’s either though the breather or on side of gearbox access pan.
Great job...thanks for the videos 👍👌

How much it costs for a job like this?
Love the work
Not a nice looking suv
Beware of these Puretech 3 cylinders petrol engines!! they have a critical issue caused by the oil-wet timing belt!
For C4 with 1.6 engine it is same procedure
Yes..
Thank you!
Hey
Same old Story, the Baering is gone because of Foot on the Clutch.
Riding the clutch or popping it? Spirited driving for sure.
@@thomasandreou6806 Just leaving the foot on the clutchpedal makes a lot of force on te bearing and It runs with enginespeed all the time.
