  • Hello! This is Shim Euddeume.
    This is my first official pilates video .:)
    I believe everyone was curious about this.
    I have performed as a personal trainer in the past and I am currently performing as a sports trainer in diverse fields yet,
    I am performing as a pilates trainer in one to one lesson field.
    Hence, I love pilates a lot and
    I find the significance of core as a cornerstone.(In both personal and official exericises)
    Core is not only necessary to keep fundamental balance (a senese of balance) but
    also necessary to prevent any possible injuries with efficient movement work out!
    Among all the inquireis, there were lots of quetions like how should the beginners put strength on the stomach?,
    how to keep ther core muscle, how to use core and how to keep stable workout positions.
    This video will be very helpful for the people with such questions.
    If you want to workout well,
    use your body in more comfortable and efficient way,
    reduce the size of chest and waist and
    fix the posture,
    you should learn the basic pilates:)
    After uploading the basic pilates video, I will upload another video tomorrow about trying out together!Please wait for it and do the actual work out together.
    You may refer to the basic pilates video before every actual workout.
    And you may refer to this every morning and night and follow the movements as the recovery exercise if you have sever pain on the neck and back.
    I will consistently upload pilates videos so wait for it! Ok?????????? Hehe
