Thankyou so much for what must be a lot of time consuming effort G. Im 62 and just starting , hopefully getting a boat soon up on the NE coast. You are very inspiring and we are all lucky to have you, thnx again .
Is it just me, or can anyone else watch these "solo-boat" (man alone) episodes over & over & over?? 🔥🔥🔥 I just LOVE these episodes, can't wait for some more in 2021!
I love when you do the "Alone on a Boat" episodes, I really like the long ones, like 90 minutes or more. I watch them every night when I'm trying to go to bed. Thank You for what do you Graeme!
Another great Video lovely plaice there and wrasse too can't complain with that catch that's for sure. Always good to get a couple of doggies too. Tight lines.
Been watching your content since the start but am now refreshing RUclips daily waiting for the next installment. Thanks for everything and for costing me a pretty penny on my first fishing boat hah (the Mrs must have you on her hit list lol). I Put the deposit down before lockdown and am still waiting on delivery over in worthing. 'Go fishing for SHARK' is a great read but I'm probably getting ahead of myself as don't know the waters near littlehampton let alone have the confidence to land a blue but appreciate all your expertise none the less. Thanks for all the joy over the years and wish me all the best with my new venture. The more 'how to setup, sort, prepare, launch and use your boat' videos the better :-) Man alone is also an incredible series. I doubt you'll see this as you have more diy jobs to do than me but if you can pass on any advise for finding marks and not drowning on my first trip out then I'm all ears. Stay safe and keep up the good work. Oh and any tips on getting hold of lead sheet, all the building companies I call have buyers already, short of skip foraging I'm out of ideas.
So many favorites but this ranks well at the top, I could feel the nice stress free day you were having. Keep them coming GP, you are a bottomless pit of things to do...I know I will not finish all of my jobs/projects by the time this is over...because I keep watching your videos, but love em all : ) I have also gone through all your old books, great reading and still very relevant.
Graeme thank you for another entertaining video, you help us through these dark times. Every week you manage to post one or two videos, whether its fishing, DIY or just doing things in the garden. All of the vids are high quality and break up the daily routine. Hopefully there will be some relaxation on social distancing to include fishing (best form of self isolation I can think of) and you will be able to get out on the beach or your boat in the near future. As always you and your family stay well.
Good choice of music at the beginning ! Love your videos and the tips you give. I would never thought of trying frozen peas as bait for carp for example - and then I saw your video, and tried it in my local lake and bam! Worked like a charm.
When the man tells you he is 2 targeting 2 species, the fish better watch out, Those Plaice were lovely looking fish, Happy to see you getting out too. Thanks Graeme
Love the tips on glassing your surroundings. I love having my binocs with me. And I thought I was the only one who uses stones for weights! You purchased those rag worms, I think you said in the beginning? Very interesting bait. thanks again, Graeme. Always a pleasure David South Carolina
Cheers Graeme!!! The boat still floats! I have replaced transom, stringers, floor and seats in a 40year old boat and hope to get out for salmon this summer! Please leave a few fish for me!!! Cheers from Vancouver ISLAND!!!
That was totally awesome! I live in Guernsey and never caught a plaice, been hitting the bass myself but I’m going to have to get a rig setup with some spoons and get down one of the low water marks from shore, for sure. Great episode Captain.
Never caught wrasse before, but when I scuba-dived and there was a wrasse around, it would come zooming in and do an emergency stop and just sit there looking at me and my buddy. Sometimes we wouldn't see it arrive and when I turned my head there it would be. If there were any sea-urchins within reach we would break one open and hand-feed the wrasse. Damndest thing. Pollack now... they keep a wary distance, only letting you so close... I've seen some belters on wrecks tho'... Cheers!
Lol, 8:49 that right hand rod pmsl 🤣 ...the bites this guy misses to entertain us, he'd empty the place if he could really concentrate. Top man Graeme. 👍
Hope you saved some for the next time Graeme?! Hahahahaha! Just yankin’ you’re chain bud! Good deal there, glad to see a Fishin video from you not that I didn’t mind the other videos, especially with the newts! Stay safe and well buddy! Take care! ✌🏻

Hi Graeme Im a subscriber, and have been for ages, but going to say something that will probably be controversial, please give circle hooks a go.. i've used them for everything from sharks to bass, flounder, eel, snapper and baits from worm to prawn, squid, crab etc... I don't use anything else.... never a gut hook. great vids though, I enjoy watching you enjoy your fishing!
@James Smither it sounds like they would be good for that, the technique is different, the fish hooks itself as it swims away, takes some getting used to, and I probably miss a few fish that i wouldn't with conventional hooks, but having said that i always take the barbs off to.
Finally something to do to cure my boredom during quarantine ive been looking at fishing posts for bass and I was wondering if you have any tips for finding certain fishing marks

@@fleosflanacek As good a place as any but much better than most. Falmouth Harbour has a lowish tidal range, It's upto 30 feet here in Lancashire.
