I fitted my baader Hyperion zoom to the Gavia using the Zeiss astro mount and I have attached my A600 camera with a sigma lens. pretty pleased with this, I also tried the Barlow and I am getting away with it for the most part, I am going to see what it looks like on Jupiter / Saturn.
Watched several videos on spotting scopes, and yet to find one where a scene or object is shown as the naked eye would see it, then the same scene after zooming in to the subject with the scope. It’s no use showing stills or video clips showing close ups of deer or animals that were taken through the scope, because it doesn’t demonstrate the scope’s strength.
I have a question, Zeiss makes Zeiss Astro Adapter for Zeiss Conquest Gavia 85 so that adapter can fit to zeiss victory Harpia 95 and Zeiss victory Harpia 85 too??
