Thank you for sharing this video. I have been struggling with my past and feeling very ashamed and worthless because of some of the mistakes I made. I must say after watching this video multiple times I am feeling a sense of encouragement and peace in my heart and can perhaps put the past in the past where it belongs. Thanks again
What a fantastic video. Yes, I forgive people easily because I feel the same. They did what they knew. I felt because I expected something else. But there level of wisdom was limited to betrayal, mine is not. God protected me.
So for a while I found meditation actually made things worse, it would bring up old situations I had avoided to the surface of my conscious mind. I developed a lot of hate and anger for people involved in those situtation, my mind was fully absorbed on this person for months. As I continued my meditation it did eventually help in being able to mostly forgive that person. Forgiveness sets you free and I believe from a karmic or energetic point, you're not tied to that person anymore. You have no karmic link and will not need to engage with that person/being in your next life should you need to incarnate again. Just know everyone is on their own journey and is struggling in their own way, someone might say something horrible to you but it may be a trauma response. They could be dealing with their own demons. Forgive, move on.
Sri Satpal Singh Ji, Ap Dil se bolte hain. Thou speaketh from your soul's depths. The confusions & struggles of mortal living create demons in our minds. Causing us to either contemplate revenge or forgiveness. Consequences are not thought of before we take the revenge course. It's a learning process, life, that's all there is to life. The mind has to be separated from matter. The body is in our possession, yet it's not ours. If we discard matter nd live with and in our souls we would have been happier

Few things are hard to leave but say you mind not to focus on those and leave on god let him deal with those past issues focus on future and learn from past and god himself from him which is peace and calm
This is true that there are no bad people but only bad choices so we should forgive when applying to normal circumstances. But what about people who actually harass, exploit, betray or even oppress others, should they be forgiven too? How we are suppose to perceive or deal with these people mentally and physically? These questions leave me in confusion when I think between forgiveness and punishment. Please guide 🙏
I would also like to know what if you have to be with the person who oppressed , humiliated ,betrayed and insulted you for many years . How to forgive that person and how to come out of those thoughts .
I have this issue too. The problem with this is, they not only they don’t want to improve themselves or want to change but will force you to come down to their level.
