Dimash is a talent that comes along once a millenia. We are fortunate that he is here in our lifetimes. He does a duet with Li Yugang. (Drunken concubine/diva dance). I believe this has the greatest spread of range in one song. Watch this if you want your mind blown.
I have been listening to Dimash for 3 years and he still excites me. Hahaha. He is in a Masterclass all on his own. Btw, the man on the keyboard is the composer of the song. 😊
As many other Dears have suggested, I agree with those who have chosen "Ogni Pietra" a.k.a "Olympico". IMO, you will find the best version of this performance on Igor Krutoy's youtube channel. Mr Krutoy is the man you see standing at the end of Sinful Passion. He is a famous Russian producer, writer and composer who came out of retirement to work with Dimash. Both of them have been cooperating for a few years now and "Ogni Pietra" is one of those new pieces composed specifically for Dimash's range and talent. All of Dimash's performances are breath taking but that one is totally spellbinding (talk about connecting!). Dimash first interpreted that piece live at the opening ceremonies for the European Olympics games held in Minsk back in 2019. The piece is sung in Italian, should you wish to search and read the translation before listening to it. A very inspiring song.
Ogni Pietra from the Arnau concert. It’s like being at a rock concert but they are all listening to opera, ha ha. Dimash does every genre, even rap. And he dances (he is a huge fan of Michael Jackson) and he plays seven instruments, composes, directs, models, swims underwater to gain lung capacity, doesn’t drink cold drinks in case it affects his voice, so dedicated, still studying for his doctorate, getting on quite well with his English now. There’s an online concert Jan 16th. Prices around $12 but all his other concerts are on you tube for free.
Dimash’ music gives me hope and comfort every time I listen to him in these dark times. He’s is a beautiful human being and I’m glad I get to know him. Thank you for great reaction.

Fun fact: he receives flowers at every concert and every performance with public, even if it's a tv show or other stuff. I think he's the man who received the biggest quantity of flowers from women in the history of modern civilization! :))) And that's a beautiful, amazing, unique and fun thing to watch and feel, the amount of love, respect and appreciation the this man receives from his fans is amazing and unreal, not at all a normal thing in these times. Dimash has an online concert coming up on January 16, 2021. I am looking forward to hearing his concert. He is a phenomenal talent and seems like a genuinely decent young man, with a hint of mischief veiled beneath his suave demeanour. Many of his Dears - myself included - believe that he should record a Bond theme since his voice just reaches people so sublimely and especially after seeing/hearing his recording of Across Endless Dimensions for the movie Creators: The Past. He does a lot of great work for charity and helps young people in music school/college in Kazakhstan. While you’re in the past finding Dimash for almost 4 years he’s been making music. He is constantly growing and making music. His range that we know of as he doesn’t publizsize it is 7 octaves and 2 semitones. Your screen said 6. Back then wikipedia and the vocal coaches were saying that. But in 2017 shortly after that show he hit a D8 in Gakku China at a concert of 100,000 people. That’s one note higher than the highest note on the piano. At the bottom he hit an A1 at the diva dance and singin the drunken concubine with Lu Gang. But there are rumors among the dears that his octave range is higher. You’ve only seen 2 songs in the past. All that while he practices his vocals 3 hours a day with or without a vocal coach. I personally think at the China show it was never six octaves because no singer ever could make their voice go up one whole octave and 2 notes in less than a few months. He just wasn’t showing what he could do. His latest song about 5 days ago is I Miss You. It’s on his channel. His digital concert is January 16th 2021 Saturday at 9:00am at $10.00. Thanks for another great reaction to our wonderful Dimash, singing the masterpiece that is Sinful Passion! Although to be fair, all his performances are masterpieces! So whatever you choose next will be awesome, as however many songs you listen to Dimash sing, he always brings something new, even if you’ve heard a specific song before, and you listen to a different performance, it will be different! Try listening to another version of SOS (the performance at Slavic Bazaar in 2018 is epic!) and you’ll see exactly what I mean!

They are also from Kazakhstan. Sinful Passion was written and performed by them in 1998. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebyev (the keyboardist). The original singer in the band was Batyrkhan Shukenov who passed away in 2015. So when Dimash sings that unusual vocal segment he's using an Arab vocal technique known as a funeral lament in homage to the dead vocalist. Brilliant! It's so great to see your appreciation of Dimash! Did you realize that the last big belt was 24 seconds long? I've never seen better breath control ever! That's on top of the fact that he sings in 12 languages (including almost perfect mandarin, apparently, which is a very hard language to learn), is multi instrumentalist, and is now even learning to become a better dancer! The man is the perfect role model for continuous improvement over a lifetime. His one interview shows that he's also an avid reader, steeped in philosophy, and just a super well rounded person.

Dimash is a talent that comes along once a millenia. We are fortunate that he is here in our lifetimes. He does a duet with Li Yugang. (Drunken concubine/diva dance). I believe this has the greatest spread of range in one song. Watch this if you want your mind blown.

As many other Dears have suggested, I agree with those who have chosen "Ogni Pietra" a.k.a "Olympico". IMO, you will find the best version of this performance on Igor Krutoy's youtube channel. Mr Krutoy is the man you see standing at the end of Sinful Passion. He is a famous Russian producer, writer and composer who came out of retirement to work with Dimash. Both of them have been cooperating for a few years now and "Ogni Pietra" is one of those new pieces composed specifically for Dimash's range and talent. All of Dimash's performances are breath taking but that one is totally spellbinding (talk about connecting!). Dimash first interpreted that piece live at the opening ceremonies for the European Olympics games held in Minsk back in 2019. The piece is sung in Italian, should you wish to search and read the translation before listening to it. A very inspiring song.

Ogni Pietra from the Arnau concert. It’s like being at a rock concert but they are all listening to opera, ha ha. Dimash does every genre, even rap. And he dances (he is a huge fan of Michael Jackson) and he plays seven instruments, composes, directs, models, swims underwater to gain lung capacity, doesn’t drink cold drinks in case it affects his voice, so dedicated, still studying for his doctorate, getting on quite well with his English now. There’s an online concert Jan 16th. Prices around $12 but all his other concerts are on you tube for free.
Dimash’ music gives me hope and comfort every time I listen to him in these dark times. He’s is a beautiful human being and I’m glad I get to know him. Thank you for great reaction.

Fun fact: he receives flowers at every concert and every performance with public, even if it's a tv show or other stuff. I think he's the man who received the biggest quantity of flowers from women in the history of modern civilization! :)))
And that's a beautiful, amazing, unique and fun thing to watch and feel, the amount of love, respect and appreciation the this man receives from his fans is amazing and unreal, not at all a normal thing in these times.

Dimash has an online concert coming up on January 16, 2021. I am looking forward to hearing his concert. He is a phenomenal talent and seems like a genuinely decent young man, with a hint of mischief veiled beneath his suave demeanour. Many of his Dears - myself included - believe that he should record a Bond theme since his voice just reaches people so sublimely and especially after seeing/hearing his recording of Across Endless Dimensions for the movie Creators: The Past. He does a lot of great work for charity and helps young people in music school/college in Kazakhstan. His voice is like magic medicine, I think he can heal the world with those beautiful crystal clear notes. He’s really Amazing
While you’re in the past finding Dimash for almost 4 years he’s been making music. He is constantly growing and making music. His range that we know of as he doesn’t publizsize it is 7 octaves and 2 semitones. Your screen said 6. Back then wikipedia and the vocal coaches were saying that. But in 2017 shortly after that show he hit a D8 in Gakku China at a concert of 100,000 people. That’s one note higher than the highest note on the piano. At the bottom he hit an A1 at the diva dance and singin the drunken concubine with Lu Gang. But there are rumors among the dears that his octave range is higher. You’ve only seen 2 songs in the past. All that while he practices his vocals 3 hours a day with or without a vocal coach. I personally think at the China show it was never six octaves because no singer ever could make their voice go up one whole octave and 2 notes in less than a few months. He just wasn’t showing what he could do. His latest song about 5 days ago is I Miss You. It’s on his channel. His digital concert is January 16th 2021 Saturday at 9:00am at $10.00. Go to TXIR.com for tickets. Admit it you were Dimashified at this performance. He shocked you.

Thanks for another great reaction to our wonderful Dimash, singing the masterpiece that is Sinful Passion! Although to be fair, all his performances are masterpieces! So whatever you choose next will be awesome, as however many songs you listen to Dimash sing, he always brings something new, even if you’ve heard a specific song before, and you listen to a different performance, it will be different! Try listening to another version of SOS (the performance at Slavic Bazaar in 2018 is epic!) and you’ll see exactly what I mean!

He has already composed some great songs, including Olimpico - especially for Dimash's voice for the opening of the European Games.

Yes, Dimash's voice is otherworldly; angelic! May I suggest "Confessa & Diva Dance", and the Gloria Wu version of "Autumn Strong", which include background on the song, ad well ad subtitles (these are also from The Singer compwtution). More recent Amazing songs are "Love Is Like A Dream" and "Ogni Pietra". Enjoy! :-)

A bit of trivia about Sinful Passion:
The band which accompanies Dimash is called A'Studio. They are also from Kazakhstan. Sinful Passion was written and performed by them in 1998. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebyev (the keyboardist).
The original singer in the band was Batyrkhan Shukenov who passed away in 2015. So when Dimash sings that unusual vocal segment he's using an Arab vocal technique known as a funeral lament in homage to the dead vocalist. Brilliant!

It's so great to see your appreciation of Dimash! Did you realize that the last big belt was 24 seconds long? I've never seen better breath control ever! That's on top of the fact that he sings in 12 languages (including almost perfect mandarin, apparently, which is a very hard language to learn), is multi instrumentalist, and is now even learning to become a better dancer! The man is the perfect role model for continuous improvement over a lifetime. His one interview shows that he's also an avid reader, steeped in philosophy, and just a super well rounded person.
