Ingredients:
Jackfruit (kathal)- 1 kg
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Rai -1 tbsp
Methi -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1 tsp
Nigella seeds -1 tsp
Black peppers - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds -1 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 5-7
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli -2 tbsp (optional)
Dry mango powder (aamchur)- 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1.5 cup
