Mine arrived yesterday, 519A version, this light is 👍. Sustainable 300lm after stepdown from Turbo and the body is just warm. I mean, iR2 Pro gets toasty even on high after 10min of continuous usage. Rovys steps down hard too, in the 80lm and even that gets toasty. Well designed light. Powerful magnet that can firmly hold almost 90grams of mass. Doesnt roll too when on its side. If I were to complaint, it would be the super unforgiving pocket clip that just wont give way 😅. Secondly too many tritium slots. It will cost more than the light itself with 8nos installed. Can’t really install 2nos on the switch paddle, (which I feel is necessary to locate the light in the dark) it will just look ackward. Nice product and great first experience with Wuben lights. With the brass version that has the wrench-head style around the lense, can you rotate that?
From the video the alignment looks off where the straight edge on the wrench-head doesn't line up with the straight edges of the body and I can't unsee it 😅
I don't have a wrench on me at the moment but I had a look at the light and it definately looks possible. The one on the white version can be unscrewed by hand.
Oh really? I just received mine yesterday (white version) and didn't realise that you could actually turn it, sweet!
The stepdown is like timed stepdown? Same like Rovys?
Yes pretty sure it is, but the light also doesn't get hot at all. Maybe if I reactivated turbo 20X in a row it might step down faster.
