Absolutely, but the clerk didn't deny her any records requested. For her to ask for every document associated with the village is insane. I bet the clerk has access to the files locked with several password encrypted safety measures,. Because, I remember when the clerk was locked out of her office recently and I'm thinking either Tiff or someone tried accessing files. The clerk is probably Smart and copied all the files and stored them elsewhere , just to be safe.
