I will say this. This mayor has no idea about data security and shouldn't be commenting on it. Proper data retention is a 3 ring system where originals are onsite with a onsite backup then you backup to 2 separate off site storage facilities as dictated buy insurance regulations. So if she doesn't have a tier level of document security, traceability and accountability her insurance is in question.
