Its good to see Julia is a Happy Eater. Not fussy about food or eating. So many young women can be at risk of eating disorders. Being an athlete you need good nutrition to fuel your performance. Or regular workout.
I feel the same way about running. I further walking. But the only time I run is if there's a bee, or if I'm chasing a customer. I work in a deli. If they forget something on the counter.
I think we all go through ups and downs. Even though I work to stay away from depression, it happens to me. Not brutal, just a little down. Then, eventually, I work out of it. I have accepted these as part of my life and constantly strive to be cheerful and upbeat. I think, speaking for myself, when I am around people I usually project an upbeat and humorous dialog. Just by doing that with other people, casual talk and conversation, it helps me. That is why I always go with the phrase, 'fake it until you make it'. I live by that. Plus, Abe Lincoln said 'most folks are as happy as they make their minds up to be'.

I thought i knew you pretty well, but you were right in saying that some of us were going to be surprised at your answer because you did surprise me, and some i just knew since i have been watching you for a while. When they asked you Cancun or Hawaii, i remembered that last time you went to Hawaii, i think you said that Hawaii was your new favorite spot. Just an idea for a video, you should ask Eric those questions and see what his answers would be. I think that would be interesting.
I live about two miles from the Just Born plant. Many years ago we took our students there for a tour and we were able to see them make Peeps and Mike and Ike’s. If you saw them make the Mike and Ike’s you would love them even more, it was an awesome experience

Oh, I really feel that the weather has a massive effect on how we feel. I was saying that to my husband yesterday. We’ve had the most beautiful weather over the last week and it’s been lovely to sit out in the garden and go for walks, even our dog cooper had a smile on his face, today it’s raining 😫😫 xx Omg little recommendation next time you are in London, I was in London at the weekend for my husband’s birthday and we visited a steak restaurant called ‘The Flat Iron’ it’s a chain of restaurants, we chose the one at London Bridge. The steak was out of the world. We went during the day and I’m so glad we did as some of the steaks sold out really quickly. My 15 year old didn’t talk for 10 mins while he inhaled his food. 🤣🤣 he loved it so much, we are going back for his 16th birthday in a few weeks. Xx

We are all human and can't be in a 'happy' place all of the time. I'm sure you find it hard at times to be 'on' for the many passengers you encounter. When I read I always try to read educational material. I would suggest for a flight attendant something like principals of flight or maybe a private Pilot license material. It’s not only fun it’s very worth while and the weather knowledge you will gain is good for life!! Take care, love the travel videos.
Now that you mention it, I’ve used reading for my escape since I was very young. Was really into Stephen King back in my early teens and into my twenties. Only two of his books deeply bothered me. When I read THE SHINING at about 13, I slept with the light on for 2 months. And then (I can’t remember the name) but it had Pennywise the clown. (Needful things?) I still get creeped out by clowns. His other books were more or less amusing back then. Any way, obviously your well. 👍

You are right about. Airbus uses design, Boeing uses power. All of the Airbus planes have been designed to be more aerodynamically efficient. To fly through the air easily and use less fuel. Which means a nicer, more stable flight, at least without turbulence. And can do that with less powerful engines that use less fuel. Boeing on the other hand, has always gone with power. More blocky and boxy aircraft than need a lot of power to take off and fly. Not a problem with high thrust GE or P&W engines. But a rougher flight and more fuel.

I have a question. I remember you saying that you have titanium in your foot. Was your surgery called a joint fusion? I had that done on my low back. I have also hated running. Never understood why I didn’t have the option to walk in P.E. I’m a walker and swimmer.
I honestly cannot remember what it was called! I just know that the bone was dying and they had to put two titanium pins in it. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
@@JettingJulia Thank you. The surgery was two years ago. They went through the low abdomen and low back, which was the only way to fix the condition I had. I have a cadaver’s part as a bone graft and titanium rods and screws.

I have a question. I remember you saying that you have titanium in your foot. Was your surgery called a joint fusion? I had that done on my low back. I have also hated running. Never understood why I didn’t have the option to walk in P.E. I’m a walker and swimmer.
I honestly cannot remember what it was called! I just know that the bone was dying and they had to put two titanium pins in it. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
@@JettingJulia Thank you. The surgery was two years ago. They went through the low abdomen and low back, which was the only way to fix the condition I had. I have a cadaver’s part as a bone graft and titanium rods and screws.
