This is a beautiful property! I love the convenience of living in the village close to neighbours, but still having that lovely private olive garden - the best of both worlds!
Thanks for the visit of this special house.
Wow beautiful house and land and a good price
Thank you for sharing 😁
Thank you very much for watching my videos and for your words
Good info on house,no bs.Tnx
@5:28 You mentioned it was to press olives and extract oil. It looks more like it was used to crush grapes and extract the juice to make wine.
The information I have is that it was olive oil but I understand your comment
I was wondering how they crushed the olives - they must have had some kind of press or grinding stone?
The fruit trees you couldn't name are Nespras in Portuguese and in English are Loquats
Thank you very much for your help and attention to my video
I saw a tank next of the building of the olive building for water, but you never say anything about water or water bore or water tank.
Do they have any natural water come to the property?
I actually don't speak because the property has no water, except for the company's water connection in the house. and you can also create a connection to the company's water in the backyard if you wish
@@Joaombdias is there anyway to put a well on the property and how much would cost do you have any idea?
Hello, I confess that a well, I have no idea why it is always better, in these situations it is a borehole now, it currently costs €4000
Quince fruit? ❤ ...maybe. I'm still learning.
@@notdoingsogood2024 ... It has (drinking) water, from the water company. A well i didn't see.
When it rains the land will get plenty water i think, from higher up.
Yes, the property and house have access to company water, this is the water point that currently exists
@notdoingsogood2024 - It is a loquat tree.
@@lapsedluddite3381 yes, thanks for the heads up.
