We’re off to a great start with our trip as we use the 1903 Lounge at Manchester Airport Terminal 2, a new luxury lounge that opened in 2021. This lounge is perfect for couples and solo travellers who want to enjoy some peace and comfort before their flight. We show you around the lounge and its features, such as the unlimited food and drinks, the complimentary Wi-Fi, and the flight information screens. And of course, we marvel at the stunning runway views and the new terminal extension. Don’t miss this video if you want to see what the 1903 Lounge has to offer!
Now the V-Club at Manchester Airport in no longer available, we decided to use the 1903 Lounge. The Escape Lounge is also available but, as we were not travelling with children, we chose the adults only 1903 lounge. Was it worth it?

Have you ever been to the 1903 Lounge? What did you like or not like about it?
I've been to both 1903 lounges at Manchester Airport and although I preferred the lounge in terminal 1. I still enjoyed the 1903 lounge in terminal 2.
The lounge in terminal 1 is far more cosy and has a homely feeling. While in terminal 2 it does seem far to open.
I think a lot depends on when you visit.
I'm hearing that breakfast in both lounges isn't the best.
My visits have been mid afternoon.
I thought Children are not allowed in 1903?
Went into this lounge last December.
Absolutely loved it, ell worth the price , drank champagne for a couple of hours and did breakfast.
Just today booked it again.
More choice of food and drink than the other lounges.
We hadn’t used this one before as previously used Virgins V Room, but sadly no longer available. We’d book this one again though!
Can you drink as much as you want?....I'd want to have quite a few beers to make it worth the money can I do that?
Do you pay for anything?

Gosh did the customer wipe a plate with her tshirt at the beginning ,because that's cleaned it 😂. I think carry wet wipes if so needed.

We always go into the airport lounge at Manchester Arport .never been in the 1903 Lounge . The video is well worth watching thank you very much. Into an insight into the 1903 Lounge usually go to escape or the Aspire once more thank you very much.

I thought this lounge was for over 16 only?
Hi. As far as we know it is which is why we were also surprised to see children in but we do know the other lounge that allows children was overbooked. Thanks for watching!

Hi! The food in 1903 is part of the price. I think the passenger got their lounge tickets to 1903 from Virgin Atlantic themselves as part of their flight.
