I really wouldn't recommend TUI in their current state. They are having an awful time of it and I wouldn't book with them again unless it was too good to miss. Hope you are both well ❤️

We just got back on Monday, stayed at Coronado springs. Absolutely amazing 2 weeks, even with Ian rearing it’s ugly head! Hope you had a grand old time!👍

Stayed at Dockside Inn myself in Tower 2 at the beginning of September and it was absolutely amazing! The food there and everything was beyond amazing, I'd definitely stay there again!
We did exactly the same as you in sept ,,going back in may next year loved it that much ,but flying virgin instead to Orlando airport which is a closer transfer😊

We were at Manchester Airport at the same time, we were the people arriving exhausted from a two week holiday in Orlando. Exited to see the other vlogs, wish we were back already!

Nice to see Melbourne for the first time . I like how quick you got through but not too keen on that wait and transfer 😳. On September 23rd we flew virgin to MCO and went straight upstairs and ordered a Lyft , it was so quick and stress free and was about $30 . We always stay at Aventura now it’s nice and compact and your never far from your room . Me and my wife Chris did our first ever kid free holiday back in 2019 and celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary At Aventura and Carribean beach 🏖. We are grandparents now but still love Orlando 😍😍🧱👍🏼
To be honest Steve. I would only travel to Melbourne again for a really good deal. It's just a bit too far out really. I hope one day we are blessed with grandkids 🙏 Have a great weekend

She works at Jet 2 now 😒.’ We used to like Sanford but last time we went there in May 2019 it was awful😕. We remember Thomas cook back before the Dreamliners 😆🧱👍🏽
It was definitely relaxed but we wouldn't do it again in all fairness. Its nice sharing experiences together but that being said we have no regrets and thoroughly enjoyed it 😊🎢
We really missed him during the trip (Spiderman was a killer without him as its his fave) and a one and done for us but glad we got to experience it and spend some quality time together as a couple ❤️

We would only consider booking with TUI again if the price was an absolute steal. They were a shambles on the way home and sometimes you get what you pay for. Take care and glad you're picking the camera up again 😊

We never got a goodie bag either Jim! Cheek of it! Can't believe we were staying at Dockside at the same time as you guys and never saw you at all. Apart from the time you were queuing directly behind us for the front row of velocicoaster and I didn't even see you then 🤣 I'll blame my dad for that one! 🤣
So glad your travel day was easier than the last few! Your lounge looked nicer than ours, especially the self serve drinks and pastries ;) thanks for the sound effects of Jumbo Jim LOL!!! Endless summer looks nice, very similar to Aventura. Bit tight of TUI not to hydrate you on that bus. I think BA in the new terminal C could be a game changer for baggage and customs at MCO (hopefully)! Happy weekend xx

Happy anniversary .myself and my husband .and family members we went to orlando in august.we stayed at the dockside endless summer resort loved the hotel.we flew into and from Melbourne airport it was a good airport
Thanks Vikki 😊 I wouldn't rush to fly in and out of Melbourne again. It's a bit far out in hindsight and we didnt have a great experience coming home but not their fault (due to Hurricane) but the infrastructure isn't in place at the moment.
We've flown tui a couple of times this year to melbourne and for an airport experience have to say MLB is great - 15 mins for the win! Stayed at dockside in June and loved it aside of getting covid on day 2 so it was more a quarantine hotel 🙈 but thought it was clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing! Favourite food court of all the universal hotels as well. Giving me all the feels watching your arrival (even though we have a bit of trauma from how ill we were) but definitely enjoyed the vibe there overall and would choose it again in future.

We're back home already Tony. We were there Saturday 24th for a week. On the Sunday we arrived at Islands for early park entry at 08:00am and left HHN in Studios at gone 02:00am. Incredible day 😊🎢🎃 Hope you have a good weekend 👍

Thanks Alison. Balconies are very few and far between in Orlando - especially on I Drive. We have only had them twice (Enclave Suites & The Renaissance).
Our prior trips have always involved car hire - but seeing this video has resulted in me amending our trip for HHN this year to be coach transfer. It'll just be way more relaxing than driving from MLB or Orlando after a long flight (plus car hire was effectively going to cost about £1k in total). Ta for the excellent videos!
We always used to use taxis and the i trolley but when Lyft and Uber came along it was an absolute game changer. No stress and no parking fees. Perfect. Thank you for watching 👍
@@TD3Vlogs two weeks parking at Cabana Bay was going to cost around £200 - the parking fees are ridiculous. Plus toll charges, CDW, etc. It really adds up. Is it the same Lyft & Uber application in both the UK and USA? I just remember finding out when we got there last year, that the Starbucks UK and USA applications are separate. Oh, and the Starbucks in the Universal Parks don't use the app rewards scheme :(

@@TD3Vlogs Me and my wife seen some cheap flights to Corfu start of July ! Asked the mother in law to look after our little one and headed out there for a few days. We live in Halifax and never travel in the morning just in case the M62 is closed for some reason. As it was last minute hotels at the airport were £300 plus ! I just thought there must be some a 5/10 minute drive away and found the Premier Inn Trafford centre was £35 and free parking. And only ten minutes away :)

We might not be so complimentary on Travel Home day (mindful of the impact of the Hurricane but their communication is none existent and their transfers arrangements are a shambles). Really lovely to finally meet you guys ❤️
@@TD3Vlogs I think we might possibly have been on the same flight, we left on the 24th of september for 2 weeks and during the hurricane we were totally abandoned by TUI. I sent messages and just got the same automated reply every time. On our travel home day our flight was delayed from 7pm to 9:30pm and then the transfer coach didn't turn up at Royal Pacific. At first when I asked on the app they said they were 'sorry for the delay and sorting it out' then they said blamed us and said their driver told them we didn't turn up and we'd need to uber when we were there miles early. We waited over an hour before they finally agreed they'd got it wrong and sent a van to collect us. Apparently TUI transfers have been not turning up for months according to the people at the hotel we spoke to. It's put me off ever flying with them again. Glad it wasn't just us.

On our first full day we did over 18hrs in the parks and HHN... People thought we were characters in the scare zones by the time we left 🧟♀️🧟♂️😂 Thank you ❤️

Hi there, personally if it is £250 in total rather than per person I would definitely fly with Virgin. It is a long old bus transfer and Melbourne is not a patch on MCO. We have had a few poor experiences with TUI. Have a great time either way 👍
Awwww amazing, we’re here too. Staying on IDrive, but going home tomorrow. Looking forward to going home to be honest. We where here when hurricane Ian came. Scary as hell. Then seeing all homeless people with destroyed houses sort of put a little downer on things. But we’ve had a great time. HHN was great, but try Howl O Scream at Sea World, cheaper and so much fun. A sneaky trip to Orlando, you can't beat it. Did it myself in November. I have been looking at possibly doing TUI as a possible trip back to Orlando as there deals can be reasonable, around half price. The transfer is something that I have wondered about. Hope you enjoyed yourself at HHN, lift off for us is not long now. It's like old times with you in Orlando, I can't believe it's been over 5 years since you started on that Hard Rock trip.

Hi - not going to lie, the soundproofing between the adjoining rooms is non-existent. You could hear even a regular conversation. We were very lucky we had good neighbours so no issues on this trip. I can't say we noticed any noise problems at Surfside in 2019 so that may be a better option?

Sitting in a safe hotel room and trying to sensastionalise the experience for a view or two is pretty low when people were losing their homes and even their lives. Hi Kris. We were but we were perfectly safe and comfortable in our hotel and were sad to see what was happening to peoples lives and property elsewhere in the state. We are not in to clickbait and didn't record anything over the two days so you won't be seeing anything from us regarding that. Stayed at Dockside Inn myself in Tower 2 at the beginning of September and it was absolutely amazing! The food there and everything was beyond amazing, I'd definitely stay there again!
Fantastic value resort although we must admit we do marginally prefer Surfside 🌊
We did exactly the same as you in sept ,,going back in may next year loved it that much ,but flying virgin instead to Orlando airport which is a closer transfer😊

Nice to see Melbourne for the first time . I like how quick you got through but not too keen on that wait and transfer 😳. On September 23rd we flew virgin to MCO and went straight upstairs and ordered a Lyft , it was so quick and stress free and was about $30 . We always stay at Aventura now it’s nice and compact and your never far from your room .
Me and my wife Chris did our first ever kid free holiday back in 2019 and celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary At Aventura and Carribean beach 🏖. We are grandparents now but still love Orlando 😍😍🧱👍🏼
To be honest Steve. I would only travel to Melbourne again for a really good deal. It's just a bit too far out really. I hope one day we are blessed with grandkids 🙏

It was definitely relaxed but we wouldn't do it again in all fairness. Its nice sharing experiences together but that being said we have no regrets and thoroughly enjoyed it 😊🎢

This was a great surprise to wake up to and an adult trip too (well jealous) we are thinking of flying with TUI next time as it’s so much cheaper than virgin. Can’t wait to see what you got up to 🧡
We would only consider booking with TUI again if the price was an absolute steal. They were a shambles on the way home and sometimes you get what you pay for.

Thanks Vikki 😊 I wouldn't rush to fly in and out of Melbourne again. It's a bit far out in hindsight and we didnt have a great experience coming home but not their fault (due to Hurricane) but the infrastructure isn't in place at the moment.

We've flown tui a couple of times this year to melbourne and for an airport experience have to say MLB is great - 15 mins for the win! Stayed at dockside in June and loved it aside of getting covid on day 2 so it was more a quarantine hotel 🙈 but thought it was clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing! Favourite food court of all the universal hotels as well. Giving me all the feels watching your arrival (even though we have a bit of trauma from how ill we were) but definitely enjoyed the vibe there overall and would choose it again in future.
Sorry to hear that Lydia. We enjoyed Dockside but preferred Surfiside as it is a lot calmer and more relaxed 🌊

On the Sunday we arrived at Islands for early park entry at 08:00am and left HHN in Studios at gone 02:00am. Incredible day 😊🎢🎃

Our prior trips have always involved car hire - but seeing this video has resulted in me amending our trip for HHN this year to be coach transfer. It'll just be way more relaxing than driving from MLB or Orlando after a long flight (plus car hire was effectively going to cost about £1k in total). Ta for the excellent videos!
We always used to use taxis and the i trolley but when Lyft and Uber came along it was an absolute game changer. No stress and no parking fees. Perfect. Thank you for watching 👍
@@TD3Vlogs two weeks parking at Cabana Bay was going to cost around £200 - the parking fees are ridiculous. Plus toll charges, CDW, etc. It really adds up. Is it the same Lyft & Uber application in both the UK and USA? I just remember finding out when we got there last year, that the Starbucks UK and USA applications are separate. Oh, and the Starbucks in the Universal Parks don't use the app rewards scheme :(
Im 99.9% certain it is but we dont use it over here so can't say for absolute sure. Sorry.

Asked the mother in law to look after our little one and headed out there for a few days.
We live in Halifax and never travel in the morning just in case the M62 is closed for some reason.
As it was last minute hotels at the airport were £300 plus !
I just thought there must be some a 5/10 minute drive away and found the Premier Inn Trafford centre was £35 and free parking.
And only ten minutes away :)

We might not be so complimentary on Travel Home day (mindful of the impact of the Hurricane but their communication is none existent and their transfers arrangements are a shambles). Really lovely to finally meet you guys ❤️
@@TD3Vlogs I think we might possibly have been on the same flight, we left on the 24th of september for 2 weeks and during the hurricane we were totally abandoned by TUI. I sent messages and just got the same automated reply every time. On our travel home day our flight was delayed from 7pm to 9:30pm and then the transfer coach didn't turn up at Royal Pacific. At first when I asked on the app they said they were 'sorry for the delay and sorting it out' then they said blamed us and said their driver told them we didn't turn up and we'd need to uber when we were there miles early. We waited over an hour before they finally agreed they'd got it wrong and sent a van to collect us. Apparently TUI transfers have been not turning up for months according to the people at the hotel we spoke to. It's put me off ever flying with them again. Glad it wasn't just us.
The transfers are a shambles. No doubt they will blame the hurricane but like you say, it's been like that for months.
When the cats away the mice will play 😂😂 have a great time, we don’t know how Steph manages to look so good after such a long day! 😮 looking forward to next vlog 🎉
On our first full day we did over 18hrs in the parks and HHN... People thought we were characters in the scare zones by the time we left 🧟♀️🧟♂️😂

Hi there, personally if it is £250 in total rather than per person I would definitely fly with Virgin. It is a long old bus transfer and Melbourne is not a patch on MCO. We have had a few poor experiences with TUI. Have a great time either way 👍

A sneaky trip to Orlando, you can't beat it. Did it myself in November. I have been looking at possibly doing TUI as a possible trip back to Orlando as there deals can be reasonable, around half price. The transfer is something that I have wondered about. Hope you enjoyed yourself at HHN, lift off for us is not long now. It's like old times with you in Orlando, I can't believe it's been over 5 years since you started on that Hard Rock trip.

Did you find the hotel noisy? I want to stay at this hotel but have heard about thin walls and noise complaints.
Hi - not going to lie, the soundproofing between the adjoining rooms is non-existent. You could hear even a regular conversation. We were very lucky we had good neighbours so no issues on this trip. I can't say we noticed any noise problems at Surfside in 2019 so that may be a better option?

I think the Hurricane has showed some people for what they are and it doesnt sit well with us either. Sitting in a safe hotel room and trying to sensastionalise the experience for a view or two is pretty low when people were losing their homes and even their lives.

We felt safe and well looked after at Dockside during the Hurricane and holed up watching the weather channels and netflix. Hope you were ok too and had a lovely holiday ❤️

Goodness just realized you must have been during the Hurricane. Awful for Ft Myers people, so sad. Glad you were all ok. Stay away from the Clickbait! Hope you had a great anniversary trip. I go in a few weeks!
Hi Kris. We were but we were perfectly safe and comfortable in our hotel and were sad to see what was happening to peoples lives and property elsewhere in the state. We are not in to clickbait and didn't record anything over the two days so you won't be seeing anything from us regarding that. It's sad that people try to senstationalise it from the comfort of resorts all in the name of a view.
