Hi - just found your "channel". Enjoyed your Grand Floridian Video and then saw this one. I stayed in a 1 bdrm in July 2021 at Bay Lake Tower for 4 nights. My first impression - I was not thrilled. The 1 Bdrm was really nice. I had standard view 3rd floor - I could see Space Mountain from my balcony and was able to watch the fireworks each night. I also overlooked the tennis and basketball courts and could see Bay Lake so overall for standard view no complaints. They were working on the Contemporary rooms at the time and I found the construction noise to be annoying - I was at contempo cafe near 8pm and it was still going on. I was not a fan of the pool but only had a short time there before a rain storm. Overall though to be honest by the time I left I ended up liking it more than I thought. Loved being able to walk to Magic Kingdom. Going over the Contemporary for monorail access was also great and the bus service worked for the 1 day I needed the bus. I will say I was not impressed with the looks of the Studio that you had in your video. I have heard that the Studio's there are not the best. I would stay there again but in 1 bdrm or higher I think. Sorry for how long this is but you asked for what we thought. Looking forward to catching up on more of your videos.
Hi Sharon! Thanks so much for your input. I was wondering if I would have enjoyed my stay more if I had stayed in a 1 bedroom or larger. The BEST thing about staying there is the proximity to Magic Kingdom, for sure. I guess it is just not my asthetic, however, I loved staying at the Contemporary Resort. I look forward to seeing what they do with the rooms when they do the full refurbishment in 2024. Oh, and don't be sorry about the long post, I love reading these! :)

A theme park view room there is on my bucket list- really appreciate this video! I guess they will be making the tower Incredibles themed. Hope it turns out well. I wish Disney employees were paid better.. I noticed a general grumpiness from a lot of the Disneyland cast members as well, I assume that's why but who knows😕
Hi again Pigeon Plumtree! Yes, since the parks are making money hand-over-fist right now, I wish they did pay Cast members better! I'm sure dealing with people wanting their rooms early is frustrating. I'm just used to them saying "welcome home!" at DVC instead of growling at me. LOL.

That pool area looks so 90's. Not so contemporary
Yes, that’s how I feel too. It’s just not my style. I prefer pools like Stormalong Bay at Yacht & Beach Club. Thanks Remy!
