😂it doesn't matter that you can't understand the words, probably it would loose them real meaning anyway. The music and harmony are out of this world. I love the choir,
When the National came to Swansea in 1964 I remember standing in the rain outside the Brangwyn Hall at about 10-00 PM listening to the Ammanford Ladies Choir give an impromptu concert. Three ladies visiting from the US asked me "who are these women who stand and sing in the dark and rain? I left Wales for ever six months later and I like to think there are still women in Wales who sing.
I live in Treorchy and male voice choir is out of this world
they sang at my wedding and were amazing
Fantastic could listen to you all night

Gwych👍👋
Do women sing in Wales?
Not allowed… have you ever heard a female choir… not the same at all.
@@RevuitNet I have heard female choirs, in convents. Sad that only male choirs are seen as worthy.
@@marlagriffith3144 didn’t say they weren’t worthy… but you cannot beat a male voice choir I’m afraid…
Female ones are a bit shreaky in my opinion
Course they do. There is a very good local Musical Society called the Selsig which are mixed members and have lots of good voiced women.
