- Today I'm making the BEST baked feta dip recipe inspired by our recent visit to Corfu, Greece!
This incredibly flavorful and easy baked feta dip can be made in the oven or outdoors on the grill. It's made with feta cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers and fresh Greek oregano.

The way i make it is: first i pur some olive oil on the foil so it doesn't stick, then the feta with some olive oil on it, dried oregano end some peper. Then three maybe four round slices of tomato and some round slices of green hot pepper. It depends on how hot you want it. That's it. I have a small pyrex with a glass cover and i put it in the microwave. A couple of minutes and it's done. Before you serve it you mush it with a fork and you have something like a cream.

Nice to hear u visited us here in Greece, but I would like to advise you to not use aluminum foil in direct contact with the food in order to avoid inserting the chemicals excreted from the foil into ur body. Use some butchers paper over the aluminum, always. Cheers!
