He's done his time but life still throwing unfair curve balls. Who is the BBC to judge him and his record when they paid & knowingly allowed nonces to abuse 'us' as an audience! This podcast just popped up on my feed out of the blue yesterday for some random reason. It's my second one I watched completely. Because I am American and not use to listening to the different U.K. accents, I did the best I could to get through to the end. Frank's story is incredible & I was completely taken in as if I were reading someone's autobiography!!! Frank was honest, humble, and taught us all a life lesson (reality) which I totally appreciate!!! Not to detour from the main reason Frank was there, but he's such a great looking guy BECAUSE he didn't do those insidious drugs/alcohol/cigarettes? That's why he still has that somewhat baby face. Those vices age a person fast. To look at Frank one would never know what he has been through!!! I hope only the best for Frank & precious his family!!! Great interview, questions too!! I subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to being more entertained and educated, thanks!!! 🇺🇸💕

Saw Frank on Shaun Attwood's podcast but enjoyed this just as much. I like that he's just a normal guy trying to make his way and build a better life for himself and his kids. Doesn't mean what he did was right but I can tell he's a good guy who made a few bad decisions. Makes a refreshing change seeing someone genuine who's not trying to big themselves up as a gangster or a hard nut 😂

Great interview. I can totally relate to Frank, I've had a similar experience, and also wasn't from that world.
