How much would this patient have paid to have this entire case done on all those teeth? Just a rough estimate like more $10,000 or less than $10,000?

It depends what you mean by your whole mouth. I don't actually remember what the cost was here, but this case was about 10 spaces (large difficult ones ) counting top and bottom, and it was probably around that #. If you mean all your back teeth too, then it will be definitely higher then that. But I don't love doing full mouth rehabs all in composite, even with the Bioclear method. It can be done, I just don't think it's usually the best solution.

Thank you for that response! I have a question, i have a permanent retainer in my bottom terrh but would like to do this procedure since i have a few medium black triangles. Is it too much gassle to first remive permanent retainer? The rerainer stretches out four of my front lower teeth. Thank you in advance for your advice!!!!

Also I live in Spain, tgey will do this bioclear procedure on my top teeth, two of them. But first they whitened my teeth since they were very yellow. I also just finished Invisalign (total 59 trays) So I obviously had bone loss and gum recession hence the black triangles.

If you have crowded teeth, and you straighten them there is a chance you will get more black triangles. If so you would need to go back and do them again, or do some more.

I had a periodontist give me a periodontal surgery for one loose tooth and she never explained to me what will happen and this was the only option and I don’t have gum disease now I have these dental embasures I have cried everyday and I really have been suffering and now I have to get my Invisalign revisions and changes made thank god they can because of what this woman did to me she definitely commuted dental malpractice and she is wrong I believe she was out for my money because for one side it was almost 3 grand dental work is not cheap and when I called her and expressed my concerns she dismissed me and didn’t offer to have me come in to see what she can do to make my smile more aesthetically pleasing to me!!! She was totally wrong and I went in for a lil loose tooth nothing too bad and i now have two loose teeth next to it because she cut off my remaining gums and sewed them higher up cause the dreaded embrasures ( black triangles)!!!! So she lifted my gums to prevent bacteria from getting into the gums?!?!? Most horrific thing and this has been less than a month!!! Im not rich and I will put whatever I have toward fixing my smile but I know there’s only so much financially I can do!!

Sorry to hear you went through that. Sometimes losing the gum papilla and causing a black triangle has to be done to save the teeth with gum surgery.
